The Coffee Shop

By the time you realized where you were, the sun was starting to rise. 

You looked to your left, trying to remember what used to stand before you. The early morning talks with newcomers, the laughs from old jokes with people you've grown to call friends, and everything in between. This used to be your safe space. They took you in when you first moved to New York, all alone and scared, and helped you grow into the person you were today. 

You then looked to your right, noticing the sign on the ground. You picked it up, dusting off the words carved underneath. 

"The Window Sill," you read aloud, as if someone was listening. You remember asking Carly why she chose that name. It's where people go to relax. 

God, how you missed this place.

Your phone vibrated again, but you didn't bother to check it. Whatever was going on in the world could wait. You just needed this moment by yourself to de-clutter your thoughts. 

So there you stood, in front of a pile of bricks and dust that used to be a coffee shop, with one thing on your mind: Tony Stark.

How could the man that was pined after by almost every woman in the city be your soulmate?

It seemed impossible. He was on the face of almost every magazine, newspaper, t.v. show- you name it- talking about all of his mistresses and one night stands. If he was filling out a resume one of his job titles would be 'playboy'. He's not known for being with someone more than a night and now he's supposed to be with you for the rest of his life? That seems like a big commitment for Tony Stark. Would he run away when he found out?

When he found out.

How are you going to tell him he's your soulmate? 

"Tell who?"

also, i don't remember the name or author of it, but I've been trying to find this book I read a while ago that was really good (it's not on wattpad its like an actual book on paper that I probably got from a book fair) (I feel like that may sound a bit mean but I didn't mean it to be I just meant like I could hold it in my hands it's not online. Wattpad books are still books lol just not paper ones) (sorry I'm tired and not trying to offend anyone) (also spoiler alert even though i dont know what it is). Anyways, its about this girl whose best friend was murdered and they think it was a drive by shooting but it was actually her boyfriend and the boyfriend is actually close to the girl thats still living now (they might be dating idk) and it turns out the boyfriend killed the bestfriend because she was holding back the main character (the girl) or something idk. he was definitely stalking her though. And theres an abandoned house with a spray painted eye on it that plays a big role and the place where the girl was shot was in her yellow bedroom and she like noticed because the pictures were not placed correctly. OH I  JUST REMEMBERED THIS BUT I THINK THE DEAD GIRL ALSO LEFT BEHIND CLUES FOR THE LIVING GIRL SO SHE WOULDNT END UP THE SAME WAY. and then the girl finds out and its this big thing and the stalker/boyfriend/murderer ends up dying (either by gunshot or falling out of the abandoned house).

I know that may not make sense im not good at explaining things but ive been trying to find it for soooo long so like if you have anything that will help please let me know. Also the cover has leaves on it I think.
