It had been a few days since you hung out with Klein and his guild. Today, he invited you out to eat breakfast with him and his guild. You agreed and thought about what you were going to do for the rest of the day after breakfast. Maybe I'll go check out that dungeon Argo had mentioned the other day.

You arrived at the restaurant where group was already gathered. Klein saved a seat next to him for you to sit down. "Hey guys." You said while sitting down. "Hey, y/n." Everyone said at the same time with smiles across their faces. You blushed at their nice gesture. You couldn't help but smile yourself. You all talked, ate, and laughed. There was almost a food fight but you stopped it before the other players started to get mad at you guys. "Thanks, everyone. I've got to go though. It was nice spending time with you all." You gave everyone a sad, small grin amd headed towards the front entrance. "Y/n, wait!" Klein said, gently grabbing your shoulder. "What's up?" You asked with a concerned look on your face. "Well..." Klein began nervously. "I was wondering... w-well, w-we were wondering if you would be open to joining our guild...?" He stammered. Everyone stared at you, waiting for an answer. You blushed at his sudden proposal. You sighed sadly. "I'm sorry, Klein. I'm a solo player and I wouldn't want to hold you guys back or get in the way." You said, giving him a sad grin. Klein frowned. "You wouldn't get in the way or slow us down. But, I guess I understand you wanting to stay a solo player. But..." He continued. He gave you a large smile with a thumbs up. "You're always welcome to join us, whether it be our guild or just to hunt some!" You couldn't help but be shocked at his kind words and gestures. Suddenly, tears began to attack your eyes, threatening to fall. You pulled Klein into a tight hug, hiding yout face into his chest. "Th-thank you." You said. He cares. You felt his arms wrap around you. Then, you felt a bunch of arms wrap around all you and Klein. The guild was hugging you. This caused tears to fall from your eyes. Luckily, no one could see them.

After an extended goodbye, you began to walk towards the teleporter. You checked your inventory, making sure yo had enough crystals and potions and that your gear was repaired. You sighed, feeling nervous abiut this dungeon all of a sudden. You tried to brush it off as you teleported.

You arrived at the dungeon. There were monsters that spawned right away. You quickly drew your sword and fought them off easily. This dungeon felt too easy. I mean, I am lvl 48 already. I'm only here because Argo gave me that info. If it weren't important, she wouldn't have told me. Maybe there's a rare item in that trap. You thought to yourself as you continued to walk through the dungeon. Suddenly, you heard voices amd footsteps ahead of you. Dammit. You equipped your cloak and began to silently move towards the voices. Kirito?! And his guild... "Woah! A secret room! Look, a chest!" One of the members said. "W-wait!" Kirito said as everyone flooded the room. "Its a trap!" Kirito yelled again. Shit! You sped towards the entrance and made it inside before the wall disappeared. "Idiots!" You yelled at them. Everyone turned around to look at you. Its you. A girl? Kirito thought to himself.

The room began flashing red. You pulled out your sword. "Use a teleport crystal!" Kirito commanded. "Teleport, Taft! Teleport, Taft!" The same boy who found the entrance yelled. "We're stuck in here..." A girl with short hair said, panic in her eyes. Monsters began to spawn. Within seconds, the whole room was filled with them, corner to corner. The only space was where you and the group were standing, ready to fight. The chest had disappeared. You grunted in frustration. The smaller boy killed a monster but got his by a long arm made of rocks and was pounded to death, his blue and green shards exploding and spreading throughout the area. One by one, Kirito's guild died. Lastly, the girl with short hair tried to defend herself as she got pulled away from Kirito. "NO!" Kirito yelled as she fell to the ground and died. You glanced over to look at her. She had a grin and said something before landing on the ground. Kirito froze for a second, almost getting hit by a monster that approached behind him. You blocked it's attack and killed it off. "I'm sorry about your guild, but you need to focus or else you'll end up dying too." You said trying to be stern but empathetic. You and Kirito were back to back, killing each and every monster with fiercness and strength. After you killed the last monster, you leaned against the wall, panting. A message popped up infront of you.

"Congradulations!" It said and 100,000 col popped up. You accepted it and pushed yourself against the wall. As you started to head out, a needle darted towards your head. You moved your head backwards slightly, causing it to miss. Kirito sped towards you and pinned you against the wall. You still had your hood on, so he couldn't see your full face. "Who are you?" Kirito said angrily. You stayed silent. He went to reach for your hood, but you hit your forehead against his, causing him to stumble backwards. You angrily grunted but them sighed, remembering the deaths of his friends that he just witnessed. "It was my fault." He said suddenly. "I wasn't strong enough. I couldn't save them. I couldn't save her. I-" You smacked his face. "Stop it." You said, angry again. "You lied to them about your level, didn't you? You need to stop lying to yourself and others, Kirito." You said, looking down on him. He was shocked. She knows my name... "Lying isn't a good thing. Look what happened just beacuse of one little one. I know you just wanted to protect them, but you should just tell the truth. I'm sorry, I really am. I know you don't want to hear that, but its the truth." You continued. He stared at you. He knew you were right. "You know me already." You said suddenly and begam to walk out of the empty room. Kirito stood up, reaching towards you. "Wait!" He said. You teleported out of the dungeon. Before you disappeared, you began to remove your hood but teleported before he could get a glance at your face.

Jeez. You thought as you walked over to Agil who was waiting for you at a coffe shop. That was emotionally and physically exhausting. You sat down infront of Agil and layed your head down with a loud sigh. "What's wrong, y/n?" He asked with concern. "I just fought beside Kirito and we saw his whole guild die infront of us." You said, your head still buried in your arms. Agil didn't say anything, so you looked up to see if he was still there. His face was in shock. You sighed and poked his chest. "Are you lagging or something?" You said, confused. He blinked and then sighed. He stood up and pulled you into a hug. You froze, but then relaxed as he tightened his grip. Suddenly, tears began to flood your eyes. You wrapped your arms around him and cried. You've never cried infront of anyone before. He tried to soothe you by rubbing your back. What's happening?

Agil walked you to an inn and you both shared a room with two beds. You couldn't sleep alone after what had happened today. You were so very tired. You changed into sweats and crewneck and immediantly crawled into the left bed. "Thanks, Agil. You're a good friend." You said, smiling at him. He smiled back at you. "No problem, y/n." He walked over to you and patted your head before walking over to his own bed. You both drifted off to sleep.
