"I should have told you but like... me and mattia had something going on before but I'm totally past it..." I say as he doesn't seem to surprised.

"Before? What happened now?"

"We weren't dating or anything but like..."

I tell him everything from where it started to him being jealous of ale to him having hickeys until what had happened hours ago.

"Wow..." Ale says.

"You don't seem surprised?"

"Yea... I mean Alexa and him they're always off and on but with Jenna... I don't think he fully got over her but it's not my place to say anything." Ale says scratching the back of his head.

"Oh... well it's okay, I'm not insanely mad. He did what he thought was right so obviously I was really nothing but a make out sesh if you think about it." I say shrugging my shoulders.

"Hey don't say that. You're definitely more than that mae. If he doesn't see it maybe you guys just aren't actually suppose to be together you know?"

"Yea you're right... it's fine though. Just as long as you're by my side." I say as we both smile at each other.

"Since were like spilling... I've been meaning to tell you but I never got to just talk to you by yourself but... I'm actually talking to this other girl? And no it's not to get over Katie..."

"Oh." I say is the first thing that comes to mind. It shouldn't hurt in any way to hear him say that but a piece of my heart shatters at the words coming out of his mouth.

"Oh?" He asks waiting for me to say something else more.

"Oh I mean... who is she?"

"Taylor machat... she lives in Florida. I met her from Alvaro them? You know our friends that moved there."

"Oh... is she pretty?" I say not knowing what to expect. "I mean... I guess? Here." He says showing me a picture of her on his phone.

She's absolutely gorgeous... like LITERALLY GORGEOUS. It pains me dude.

"Wow... she's... really pretty. How long?"

"Um... when did you and mattia start you know?"

"Uh... like a week before I left for my trip? Why?"

"Don't be mad... I already knew you and mattia had something going on... Kairi already told me but don't be mad at him. Me and her started snapping and FaceTiming I think when you left for Toronto or probably a couple days after you and mattia talked about why he didn't like Rowan and stuff."

"Oh... nice."

"Nice?" He asks concerned.

"I mean like nice... she's really pretty. Don't break her heart." I say awkwardly.

We hang out a little as we both spill things we haven't said to each other in a while.

"I have to go but I'll see you at school tomorrow? Want me to pick you up?" Ale asks grabbing his keys.
