Toothless woke me up around 5:06 am. Thankfully, Asher was still sleeping. Toothless jumped on my bed, licking my face. "Okay, okay. I'm up." I say to the dog, as I get out of my bed, wrapping myself in a robe.

Stepping out into the hall, I see Hiccup's door closed and the hall light downstairs on. Following Toothless, I go downstairs into the kitchen. Hiccup's father was going back and forth to the counter then to the table. Kim looked to be making coffee, and Hiccup was doxing off, half asleep at the table.

Hiccup's father, looked up from his work. "You're up early."

"Toothless."

He smirked. "That dog is always up to trouble."

I glance at Hiccup. "Did he sleep down here?" I ask.

His father shook his head. "No."

"He was awake," Kim started.

"But after five minutes of being awake, he crashed."

His father flicked the top of his sons head, making him jump. "I'm awake... I promise." He muttered tiredly.

"Sure you were," I smirk, sitting down across from him.

"I wasn't sleeping." He replied. His father tapped the top of his head again, but lighter. "Hey, why do you keep doing that?" Hiccup near snapped as he stood up.

"I'm waking you up."

"I am awake." He replied going to the cabinet.

His father sighed a little. "What are you doing now?"

Hiccup looked at his dad for a moment. " I'm hungry. Okay. I don't need to tell you what I'm going every second." He snapped.

His father came to him, lifting his chin up, making him look at him. "You feeling okay?" He asked.

"Yeah. I feel fine." Hiccup answered. I watched his father examine him for the fourth time this week. "Dad, I'm fine." Hiccup snapped pushing him away.

"Hiccup, stop being so stubborn."

"I'm not. I just don't enjoy you doing him every day." He answered.

"I'm concerned, Hiccup."

"About what?"

"Your condition. If it gets worse, we'll need to do something about it." He told Hiccup.

Hiccup sighed rolling his eyes.

"Trust me, Dad, I'm--" he cut himself off with a sneeze. "Okay," he started again. "It's just a little sneeze." He said. "Still fine!"

"And that will turn into a Health risk." Hiccup twisted away from his dad. He clearly wasn't used to the attention.

"I'm fine!" Hiccup repeated, taking an apple from the basket, then went to the table.

His father sighed, then went to the counter. "Stubborn boy."

Hiccup sighed, stirring the cold coffee he had. His father looked to his watch then ruffled his son's hair. "I have to go. I'll see you soon." He told him then headed for the door.

Hiccup fixed his hair, then sighed looking to me. "Asher still asleep?"

"Yes, and you should be," I answer.

He smirked a little. "I'll be fine. Again."

He finished his coffee then ran his hair throughout his hair. "I'm catching a Shower, before work. I'll see you later." He said to me before leaving me and Kim in the Kitchen.
