Asher went down for his actual sleep. He never goes down easy for me. He'll never go down as he does for Hiccup with me. He has a connection with his father. It's sorta strange.

I haven't seen Hiccup since he and his father talked. Honestly, I don't blame him, they brought up an extremely sensitive topic, especially to Hiccup.

He's probably thinking things through like he always does. I stop at his bedroom door, to see it open. That's the first.

I slowly knock on the door, then go in. Hiccup was at his desk, with his laptop open, but wasn't using it. His chair wasn't facing a desk. He leaned over a little staring at the little golden key in his hand. It was now on a small silver chain. I look at him as he looked up. "You okay?" I ask him.

He looked away for a moment. "Hmm? Yeah... I'm fine..." He trailed off slowly.

I slowly walk up to him, sitting at the end of his bed. "You sure?"

He looked at me then sighed. "I'm actually not sure..." he said, looking almost heart broken.

"How're you taking it?" I ask him trying to stay calm.

"It hurts." He started. "I haven't had something of hers in a long time."

I look at him, he wasn't looking at me. His gaze was locked on the key. "I know how you feel, Hiccup. You and I both lost our Mothers," I tell him hoping to cheer him up a little.

He looked up at me slowly. He almost looked hurt. I knew sorta what he was feeling. "You knew your mother." He said to me. "You knew what she was like, and knew how much you were like her. Me? I never knew her, I'll never meet her. I don't know what she's like." He explained. I don't know what to say. He didn't reply. "I'm sorry," he suddenly said.

"For what?"

"For this... It just hit me, and I don't know how to get out of it." He explained.

"Hiccup. It's normal for you to act like this. It's an emotion everyone has," I say.

"I'm just... So scared I'll forget her..." He explained.

"Hiccup, if you love her, you're not going to forget her," I tell him.

"Yeah... Your right." He took the chain, putting it around his neck, tucking the key under his shirt carefully.  "I'm going to the radio tower tomorrow, y' know, to make sure everything is still in good condition." He then said to me. "You wanna come?"

I don't say anything. I only nod. "Why do you want to make sure everything's good?"

"I'm going to restart the Christmas show... For my Mom."

"Really?" I ask him and he only nodded.  "Hiccup, that takes a lot.. you sure you can do it?" I ask.

He nodded. "... Yeah... I feel I need to. Do it for her.." I smile a little. He stood up slowly. "I'm going to get some sleep." He said to me.

"Yeah. So am I."

I get off his bed, as he came to me. "You sure you want to come?" He asked.

"Yeah."

"Okay." I slowly go to his door, when he stopped me "Hey. Els?" He called me calmly.

I turn to him. "Yeah?"

I love you." Hey played that card again. He always does.

I smile a little. "I love you too."
