You know how people say glares can kill?

Well Emilia was seriously considering believing this as she tried not to flinch under Eden Olivera heated scowl.

The girl was a terrifying package covered in pretty wrapping.

Emilia jumped when she felt a slight touch on her shoulder.

"Woah" Someone said alarmed

She flickered her eyes over towards the speaker. It was the boy who had rammed into her.

Emilia couldn't help but think that the guy was very handsome. He had stunning forest green eyes, and unkempt glossy dark brown hair. A flirtatious smile playing on his succulent rose lips. A dash of light freckles sprinkled over his downturned nose, the last traces of summer.

"Are you okay doll face?" The boy asked bringing her out of her thoughts

"Uh yeah fine. You?" Emilia said feeling still quite dazed from the impact of the encounter

"Swell darling. Absolutely swell"

Just as Emilia was about to ask the boy's name a voice interrupted.

"Get the hell out of my sight Visconti. I have a person who needs to be put their place" She spat growling

But to her shock, the Visconti dude didn't move a muscle. Instead he just smirked at her.

"That's funny sweet cheeks. You think you can tell me what to do?" He laughed darkly, his green eyes blackening to a severe emerald green "Sorry to break it to you princess, but I ain't going anywhere"

Eden clenched her jaw, revealing perfect pearly white teeth.

"I'm not a princess Visconti" she hissed with contempt "I'm a fuckin queen"

"Right. So sorry to forget your majesty" He drawled

She narrowed her eyes, her dark brown eyes flashing dangerously at him before turning her wrath on Emilia.

"You" Her cold tone sent chills down Emilia's spine "are going to pay" She threatened

"Come on Ede chill out" February much to Emilia's relief pleaded

Although that relief didn't last long, as Eden disregarded her words.

"Stay our of this Feb. I'm dealing with some low class trash"

Oh. So we're digging at family fortunes right now hmmm?

Emilia didn't know what came over her, but she felt her temper flare. Her next words coated with rotten anger.

"At least I'm not a petty stuck up grade A rich bitch like you are" She bit back

Eden didn't seem fazed as she smirked "I've heard worse"

With that attitude I'm sure she had.

"Plus you forgot sweetheart" Eden's voice becoming sickly sweet "I may be a bitch but I'll still always out rank you"

Gee thanks for the reminder.

Emilia forced a smile "Quite sad you have to beat down others to make you feel good about yourself. Must have low self esteem issues"

Eden's eyes narrowed to slits  "You don't know what you-"

But Emilia cut her off "talking about?" She finished with a raised brow "Quite frankly I think I do. I've met several girls like you. Girls who mock, taunt, and push people down because they're insecure about themselves. Your no different Eden Olivera"

For a second Eden looked flabbergasted, gaping like a fish out of water at her. Emilia could sense the shocked stares directed at her, but she shook them off.

Probably no one has ever stood up to Eden Olivera. Well besides the Five, and this new dude Visconti.

Emilia could also feel the other Five's stares on her, but she didn't look up to meet their gazes.

Although, there was one stare in particular that made her feel uncharacteristically nervous. But again she disregarded it.

Instead, she threw Eden one last scorching glare before shoving her bag over her shoulder and strutting out of the cafeteria confidently.

She wasn't about to let this spoiled daddy's girl threaten her, much less have the audacity to scare her.

She was Emilia Wentz for gods sake. She'd faced far harder challenges in her life than a stereotypical mean girl.

Throughout the whole walk, two chilling analytical blue eyes were set on the back of the retreating figure of the tall Asian's head.

"Perhaps the secrets my father told me about her is true" he mulled, a rare smile on his lips.
