Nancy's POV

"How long would you take Adriana?"i shout from the locked door.
"Just a minute more,i m coming"She shouted back.

Just as Adriana opens the door of our room,Adiva furiously barges in.

"What's the matter?Are you ok?"Adriana & I ask her following her into our room.

"Would you please tell us what happened?"i repeated.

"How do i look?"she asked bluntly.

"What?"Adriana asks raising her brows.

"I asked,how do i look?"this time she asked with a high voice.

"You look fine,i mean,to adjectify,one can use the words like sexy,hot &"i answer her question in order to calm her.
"Is there anything wrong in looking sexy?do i look too much like i m under dressed or something?"she fires away again confusing us more.

And this time we choose not to respond & she starts again

"My boyfriend,Mike feels,my dress is too short & loud for such a party & guess what,he wants me to change it now,like at the last moment,how cool is that!"

She utters bitterly,sitting at the edge of her bed,with both her hands holding her head.

"And what if you dont?"Adriana suggested with a wink in her eye.
"Absolutely,what if i dont,he cant just boss over me from such a distance & he wont ever know"Adiva puts up smiling back.
"lets go then"i say taking in Adiva's hand.

Here comes,the much awaited day,friday,freshers party,all of us have been preparing for over a week for this day,Adiva fits in a black shimmer backless short dress complimented by black pumps.Adriana is adorned in white three fourth sleeve dress, paired with white beaded stelatoes and I go for white body hugging off shoulder dress of knee length with contrast eye makeup.we are walking upto the venue where on halfway greets us Derby,who is dressed in a full gown of forest green colour & we walk to the place togeather,where Ivan greets us on the entrance.

"Shall we?"Ivan puts forward his hand for Adiva & adds "you look smoking hot in this"

Adiva takes his hand,"Thank you"she says smiling at him & introduces Derby,Ivan greets her & introduces us all to his friend,who looked like an angry young man,dressed formally,he was from the same basketball team.

"Hi,I'm JAMIE CONNAR,sophomore  year,science major"he puts forward his hand for individually all of us.

I have a little change of perception about him,when he opens up about himself,at the same moment drops in our conversation & introductions,a boy,with an average height,tattooed neck & messed up hairs,he moves & holds Adriana from her back

"There is not a thing i would want to change,you are amazing just the way you are,awestruckingly beautiful"he holds Adriana for a brief hug.

And now we know,he's player Adriana was talking about.

"Thank you,you worked hard on it,but its too untrue to be true"Adriana replies smirking,and add
"Guys,meet KEVIN FOSTER,my partner".
We welcome you all to the freshers party,ladies & gentlemen,let the rumpus start & stay high to party all night.

It was a grand place,with the high music & people dancing like.wilds,some in the pool,some around.much like a debauchery,The party was on full swing when we entered.

"May i have the previlege of dancing with you"Kevin was quick to ask Adriana for her hand & she gives in,& we cheer.

Next Jamie & Ivan follow the suit, & we are all on the dance floor as Derby excuses herself for a drink.
