"Have you got all of your stuff?" Gracie asked from behind me.

"Yeah, I think so. Let's go." We left my bedroom and went out the door. I unlocked my car beep and placed my bags in the backseat. Gracie hops into the passenger seat a moment before I did. I put my seat belt on and started the car. I backed out of the driveway and drove down the street as Gracie puts her seat belt on.

"How's work going, crazy?" I asked, turning right.

"It's alright. As good as it gets really. I mean how good can a job at Target get?" Gracie said with a dry laugh while she scrolled through Instagram.

"What about you? How's work?" She asked and looked at me before plugging in the AUX cord into her phone.

"It's good. I'm glad I got that job at a bar. The work hours are flexible, I get free drinks after I work and I get to hang out and dance there for free. And because you're my best friend, you get that too." I said as she scrolled through Spotify, looking for a good song to play.

"I know, that's such a cool benefit. You were really lucky to land that job. I'm so proud of you." She said with a smile and looked over at me. "Woman Like Me by Little Mix?"

"Sure, crazy," I said and she played the song.

When the song started we start singing verse by verse. Gracie started with the first one.

I always say what I'm feeling
I was born without a zip on my mouth
Sometimes I don't even mean it
It takes a little while to figure me out
I like my coffee with two sugars in it
High heels and my jewellery dripping
Drink and I get all fired up (hey, hey, hey)
Insecure but I'm working with it
Many things that I could get rid of
Ain't about to give it up

I made a few mistakes, I regret it nightly
I broke a couple hearts that I wear on my sleeve
My momma always said, "Girl, you're trouble" and
And now I wonder, could you fall for a woman like me
And every time we touch, boy, you make feel weak
I can tell you're shy and I think you're so sweet
Spending every night under covers and
Still I wonder, could you fall for a woman like me (a woman)

Just as I sang the last words were second verse, Gracie and I looked at each other before singing the chorus together.

Woman like me, like a woman like me
La la la woman like me, like a woman like me (a woman)
La la la woman like me, like a woman like me
La la la woman like me, like a woman like me
