"So anyway, I was trying to get past this level but the mechanic for the boss fight is super confusing, right? So I'm doing the combos and just when the boss is almost dead, it comes back in a second stage! I was so pissed I almost threw my controller, dude. It was horrible." Kakyoin was going on about his game from last night on the way to school when it hit me. It's quiet.

"Where the hell are all those annoying bitches? Did we get today off and nobody said anything?" I pushed up my hat a little to see farther ahead, finally catching a glimpse of the hoard. I pulled my hat down and rolled my eyes.

Kakyoin laughed, "It was too good to be true, Jotaro, but I wonder what they're huddling around." I looked back up and noticed that they were in a circle around someone. "Hope whoever it is is ok, those girls are vicious."

"I know you're new here, but ignoring me is disrespectful. I'm Jotaro's future girl, so you better show me some respect." I almost retched right then and there. I looked back at them to see the girl they were surrounding pull out a piece of paper and a pen. She wrote something and the loud bitch cackled. "You've been here? And you couldn't even say it? Learn some respect and get better at lying. I've never seen you before."

We were closer now and the loud bitch saw me. Shit. She ran up and grabbed my arm, trying to press her cleavage up and be erotic and failing terribly. "Hey Jojo! Sorry we didn't greet you earlier, we were just dealing with some trash." She nodded to the girls still surrounding the quiet one and they began to encircle her.

I push her off of me and glare at the group. "Shut up! You're annoying! Get a life already!" I yell out, apparently louder than normal, since the quiet one is shivering. "I'm going to class, don't follow me."

A clatter of annoying, "Ok, Jojo!"s and I grit my teeth as I stomp off to class. I see Kakyoin stuck in place, looking between me and the quiet one. I use Star to push him lightly in her direction since I can tell he wants to talk to her. He looks back at me again in disbelief and I nod, turning away to walk to class.

At lunch me and Kakyoin head to the roof like we normally do, but before we get to the stairs we see quiet girl hunched over her notepad. She was scribbling away at something and for some reason I wanted to know what. What the hell is up with me today?

"What's up Jotaro? You've never noticed her sitting there before." I shoot a look at Kakyoin.

"What do you mean 'before'?" I raise an eyebrow and wait for him to stop choking back a laugh.

"She's always there. She writes during lunch and sits behind you in like four classes. I just assumed you guys had a unspoken friendship since she gives you her notes in the classes you leave for smoke breaks, but then when we were 'talking' this morning I found out she's mute! It's pretty cool how she can communicate so well with just some paper and a pencil!" I slowly tuned him out as he started nerding out about the different types of mutism and how she taught him some sign language. "Her name is (L/n) (Y/n), but she lets people just call her (Y/n)."

We had made it to the roof and I lit a cigarette. "So the quiet girl's name is (Y/n)?" I mumbled out through the smoke.

"So the infamous Jotaro is actually paying attention to a girl?" he taunted. I froze. Wait what? I haven't called her a bitch and I actually know her name now. Well shit.
