The demon slowly rises to his feet, eyes a pitch black color that narrow in on his God-loving twin brother who stands a few feet a way, shutting the front door behind him. The same door that he allowed his Dark Soulmate to slip out of, who is probably now wandering aimlessly on the streets - alone and unprotected. Ethan growls lowly, slowly approaching Grayson who now looks smug and satisfied, which pissed his demonic brother even more.
"You let her go," he sneered, clenching his fists at his side. The look on his face was murderous, but the angel still didn't dare to back down. "You fucking took her away from me."
"I saved her," Grayson corrected, rolling his eyes as he prepared for the fury of the demon. He already knows that it's not going to be a very pretty fight. "But don't worry bro, I'll take good care of her once I'm done with you."
"I'm going to kill you," Ethan spat out, a glare intensely burning into the bright eyes of his angelic brother. "But I'm going to make you suffer; your death will be slow and torturous, that you'd think you were in the depths of Hell."
"Oh Ethan, don't be dramatic," he rolled his eyes, taking a brave step forward. "Clearly you didn't love her enough."
"Excuse me?"
Grayson teasingly smirked, but his words were completely serious. "If you truly loved Y/N and knew what was good for her, you'd stay far, far away. But it's not surprising that a wicked demon like you is selfish, wanting to keep a pure soul like hers to yourself for all of eternity."
The demon scoffed, "I don't give a shit what you think, Grayson. I love her, she loves me and she knows that I love her."
"Oh really? You think she felt the love when you gripped her so tightly you reminded her of her horrible ex-husband, Daniel? When you petrified her with those cold black demon eyes of yours, brother? Did she feel loved when you possessed her body to murder Rose, or when she took that split-second opportunity I gave her to run out that door? Tell me Ethan, do you really think that's the kind of love she deserves? Hmm?"
"Enough!" Ethan bellowed so loudly, the frames hung on the walls began to shake profusely, some even managing to fall of the nail and crash to the floor. He felt a pang in his chest, his stomach twisting with an odd sensation that he's never really felt before.
Demons don't feel guilt, demons don't feel guilt, demons don't feel guilt, demons don't feel...
Before Ethan could withstand the torturous protruding thoughts of his, he quickly flung himself at his brother and threw a harsh punch. He was lucky to strike the unexpecting angel right in the nose, making him gush blood right out of his nostrils. Grayson didn't falter, though; he was in quite some pain but he still managed to get up and fight his twin brother back. He shoved Ethan far across the other room, landing harshly into a cabinet of a China collection that all fell and shattered to the floor around him. The demon groaned, scattering to his feet with enough energy that derived from anger to fling himself back on him and hit him again. With Ethan on top, Grayson used all his strength to move his knee upwards to kick him harshly in the groin, immediately causing the demon to groan and cease his attacks.
Grayson pushed his brother off of him and climbed on top, grabbing a bottle of holy water God had given him before sending him back down to Earth to save Y/N. He sprays some it on the demon, causing him to scream in agony from the terrible burning sensation that hit differently than the flames of Hell. Then, the angel clutched onto the demon's shoulders and pinned him right to the floor before uttering a strong spell from his lips, stronger than his last attempt.
"You will no longer be bounded to Y/N, by the power of God and His Loyal Angels," Grayson muttered, keeping his hold on the withering twin. "You will remain captured in this house and this house only, as you once were and where you belong."
