Tyler's P.O.V:

'Ha Ha sucks to suck!" I hollered loudly as I downed the last of my beer before tossing it in a trash can as we walked out of the stadium. "Victory is ours!!" The Yankees had won, just like I knew they would, and I was having fun rubbing it in Austin's face. "I win, you lose, Red Sox suck!"

"Yeah, yeah," Austin muttered as he glared at me, everyone else laughing at my taunting.

"Awww somebody's butthurt!" I exclaimed, turning and poking Austin's chest. "Babe, you just need to accept that the Yankees are better. They've always been better and they're always going to be better! It's a fact." I shrugged my shoulders and gave him a smile, earning a small one in return. We walked past a bathroom and it caught my attention. "Ooo, gotta pee. I'll meet you guys at the van." Austin gave me a nod and I ducked into the filty ballpark bathroom. I did my business and washed my hands before strolling out into the parking lot towards the van, admiring the stars as I walked.

"Hey, baby, how you doin?" Some drunk guy muttered as I walked past. I turned slightly and looked at the group of guys behind me. I rolled my eyes and continued walking, but I didn't get far before a hand grasped my shoulder tightly. "Hey, I was talking to you!" he slurred in my face, his breath reeking of stale beer.

I grabbed his hand and pushed it off of my shoulder, turning to face him. "Oh, I'm sorry did I not make it obvious that I didn't want to talk to you?" I snapped, disgusted with him. I turned to leave but his hand latched on to my upper arm, digging his fingers into my skin forcefully.

"Someone should've taught you some manners, honey," he replied with an angry grin. I looked down at his hand clasping my arm and back up at him.

"I think the only one without manners here is you," I barked loudly. I don't know what had come over me. Normally I wouldn't dare feed the fire in a situation like this; I would've ran away without a thought. Maybe it was the beer, I'm not really sure, but all I knew was I wasn't in the mood to be messed with. "Get your hands off of me," I said through clenched teeth as I stared at him.

"HEY!" A voice shouted from behind me. It was Austin. I sighed in relief and yanked my arm away from the strange man. I turned around to see Austin and Alan approaching us quickly. "Don't you dare put your hands on her!" Austin shouted. He stepped in front of me and shoved the man hard, sending him stumbling backwards a ways. The guy scoffed under his breath and smirked, and I noticed Austin clenching his fists.

I stepped in front of him and put my hands on his chest, pushing him slightly away from the guy. "Stop. Don't, Austin, just leave it," I said as I looked up at him. His eyes met mine and I felt his body relax a little under my touch. "He's not worth it. Let's just go." Austin nodded his head, shooting the man an angry glare. I turned Austin around and gave him a small push, telling him to walk. I trailed slightly behind him and Alan, and we got only a few feet away before the stranger spoke again.

"If you ever get tired of hanging out with those fuckin faggots you know where to find me sweethart!" He yelled, a laugh following his words. That was it. Something inside of me snapped. I didn't care that he was drunk; I wasn't going to let him treat us like that. I stopped and turned abruptly, taking long strides back in his direction.

"What part of leave me alone do you not fucking understand?" I spat out angrily as I closed in on him. He smirked at me, sending me over the edge, and before I really knew what I was doing I raised my fist and punched him in the jaw as hard as I could. Not long after my fist connected with his face I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist, dragging me backwards as I continued to yell obscenities at the man, who was rubbing at his jaw and spitting blood onto the pavement. I struggled to get out of Austin's hold, but it was no use; he far overpowered me, and he wasn't about to put me back down.
