Chapter eighteen

Raven's P.O.V

I still couldn't breathe or even belive what Malchoir had said was true, I refused to believe that it could be true. They could never replace me right? They are my family we have been through everything together. BeastBoy said that he loves me, does he?

I wanted to believe that he was lying but at the same time I felt like it could be true. I always knew that the Titans liked Terra a little more than me. For instance I was always quiet, sarcastic, and rude to them while Terra was funny, loud, and above all had BeastBoy wrapped around her little finger. But they would never replace me right after I got kidnapped, right?

As I was going over all of these thoughts in my head Malchoir came back into the room with a slight mischevious twinkle in his clear, blue eyes. "Why hello sweet Raven." He said happily. "What do you want now?" I spat back. "Now no need to be rude I'm just here to talk peacefully, you know like we used to." He said pulling out a chair and sitting down. "You mean when you used me to help you escape from the book and then threw me away like garbage. Then hell no." I said and turned away from Malchoir.

"Oh com on my sweet Raven I promise I don't bite." He said and then chuckled thinking he was pretty funny but I just ignored him even more. "Alright the only reason I came in here was to tell you that I can help you get revenge on your friends or more ex-friends." He said. "They are still my friends and why would I get revenge I don't believe you for one second that they would replace me with her." I said no longer ignoring him but still turned away. "I know you don't trust me but I bet you would believe me if I told you I have proof." I turned back around as Malchoir smirked and help up a dvd. My eyes widened. He smirked and seemed to pull a tv out of nowhere and set it up besides the chair he was sitting in. My heart was beating so fast as he put the dvd in and pressed play.

It was a survelliance video in the main ops room I watched as all of the Titans stood there. As they began to talk I felt my heart drop in my stomach when I heard the conversation. "Aren't you guys so happy that Raven is gone, finally we won't have to deal with her stupid demon ass anymore." They all smiled and laughed. Mindless chatter about me kept going on making me feel worse and worse. "So we are going to need a replacement for Raven." Robin said as he stopped laughing and began to realize the problem. Then of course Terra walks in and everyoe greets her with hugs and smiles. "Terra it's so nice to see you again, we have an opening would you by chance be interested?" Robin asked and Terra of course smiled and nodded while everyone cheered. But then BeastBoy kissed her as he grabbed her waist, if my heart could break more it would've exploded.

The video ended and Malchoir turned to me I looked at him and sighed. If the Titans didn't need me anymore what harm would be done if I just simply showed them I don't need them either. I went over my options before I finally opened my mouth. "So what's the plan?" I asked an evil smirk growing on my face.
