later that day i was discharged. unfortunately i still had one lecture to attend. seungmin carried my bag for me even though i argued with him and said i could myself, i eventually gave up because he never gave it back and just walked into our class.
we sat down in our regular seats and pulled out our binders for that class. the class shut up and greeted the teacher when he walked in and began the lesson.

"alright that's all i have for today, you can leave if you want even though theres normally half an hour left" and with that, he left the room.
seungmin and i packed up our stuff and got up, leaving the classroom. we went to the usual cafe and sat down at 'our' spot.
haechan, jeno and renjun walked in not too long after us and quickly rushed beside us.
"omg yoonhye you scared us when you didn't show up for class" jeno said, hugging me protectively
"sorry i uh overslept" renjun cocked an eyebrow
"so you, eunjo and seungmin all overslept and just so happened to show up around the same time?" i nodded and so did seungmin
"we crashed at her place and no one set an alarm" they shrugged it off even though they were still suspicious.
felix brought over our coffees and talked with us for a while before heading back to the cash when he noticed a customer walked in.
haechan slid in the seat beside me and wrapped his arm around me pulling me into his embrace. it was quite comfortable so i didn't question it and just hugged him back. his chest was rising and falling aggressively like he was choking, i sat up and noticed his face getting paler.
he just excused himself to the washroom and came back like nothing happened. i had my suspicions but chose not to question it and just fell back into his arms.
"YOONHYEEEEEE" i heard the high pitched voice that belonged to na jaemin. he hopped over the couch and hugged me
"jaem stop you're scaring her" a female voice giggled from behind. everyones heads turned to the beautiful girl standing in their presence. jaemin just smiled at her and walked back to her side, intertwining their fingers together.
"right, guys i want you to meet my girlfriend, chaerin" they smiled at each other
ouch, i don't like that pang i just felt in my heart
all the boys' jaws dropped at how jaemin got her considering she rejects so many people all the time.
"damn jaem, how long you been together for" renjun asked smiling at the couple
"about a week or two" the girl smiled at us
"and you didn't tell me? rude im your best friend na" i crossed my arms and looked away, it made it look like i was exaggerating my reaction because he didn't tell me but in reality i just needed an excuse to look away. i made eye contact with seungmin who just gave me a sad smile.
chaerin came and sat down beside me and we caught up. just then eunjo and hyunjin walked through the doors.
"hey guys- oh chaerins here, hii" hyunjin smiled at the girl. eunjo cocked and eyebrow, confused as to why she was there but seungmin just pointed at jaemin then back at chaerin.
when it clicked in her mind what he meant, i could see her expression fall. i laughed it off but that only resulted in me coughing again.
chaerins eyes widened and handed me her iced tea. i refused and grabbed my school bag coughing the petals inside, as i felt too weak to get up and go to the bathroom to hide them.
"and goodnight" that's when everything turned black for the second time today.
