Chapter 11

Jack's POV:

I just stood there. 

I watched as she ran.

'God I'm a freak.' 

For some reason I thought that it might be best, to just walk away. If Emma had been here now, she would have called me an idiot for telling 'the one who got away' one of my biggest secrets. But after she would yell at me, she would help me calm down. 

"Emma, where are you?" 

~flashback~

"Come on Emma! We're gonna be late for school!"

"I'M COMING JACK! I JUST NEED TO GRAB MY BAG!"

I chuckled slightly as I watched Emma stumbling down the stairs with her bag wide open and things falling out of it. 

"Emma, get your act together! You are 10 years old!"

"Hey, shut up, you are a mess yourself. And you're 2 years older!"

I chuckled, she had got me there.

We went outside and hopped into the back of my dad's black Tesla. 

"Hurry up dad, we're gonna be late!" Emma exclaimed.

She hated being late, even though she was the queen of tardiness.

"Calm down, Em. We will be there in like 2 minutes." my dad exclaimed.

Once we arrived at school and bid my father goodbye, we headed to our classes. 

"Bye Em, have fun and enjoy your first day of school!" I shouted as I ran.

"Bye Jack, you too!" she shouted as she ran in the opposite direction.

~after school~

Today was a fun day, I got to learn new things and meet new people. I did miss my family, but I knew they were doing just fine. I was approaching the school parking lot when I was approached  by one of my new friends, Tooth.

"Hey Jack!" she yelled.

"Oh, hi Tooth. What are you doing here?" I asked.

"I am throwing a party tonight, and I wanted to know if you wanted to come." She asked.

I could see that she really wanted me there so I just replied with,

"Okay see you at 6." 

she squealed with excitement before leaving me.

I walked over to my dad.

"Hey dad, can I go to a friends house tonight?" 

He looked at me weirdly before saying,

"Okay, as long as you're back before 9."

"Thanks dad." I said whilst hugging him.

"Hey kiddo, have you seen Em?"

"Nope," I replied, "She still hasn't shown up?"

"Huh, that's weird. The bell rang almost 30 minutes ago."

"Let's go try and find her." I suggested.

He nodded and we walked around the school hollering Emma's name.

"EMMA!"

"EM!"

But nothing. 

She never came.

We searched for hours and I ended up missing Tooths' party.

We tried calling her phone but it just went straight to voicemail.

After a few weeks and the police came up short. They were telling us how they were searching for her body now.

These Fucking assholes didn't think she was alive.

I never gave up on her though. 

I still believe that she is alive somewhere and scared.

~end flashback~

After school was finished, I walked home and saw my parents kind of frantic. 

Well, at least my mom was frantic.

Dad hasn't shone much emotion since the Incident.

I had a long talk with my parents about what they think is wrong and what we should do.

Everything was along the lines of 

"Don't worry sweetie, I'm sure there is a perfectly good explanation for all of this."

or

"Be brave, maybe there was some sort of problem with the magic and tomorrow it will fix itself."

I went to sleep knowing that something was wrong, but for some strange reason, I couldn't get that platinum blondes  reaction out of my head.

Elsa's POV:

I have been thinking non stop about those snowflakes.

'It has to be a coincidence right?'

'There is no way in hell that he is supposed to end up with me.'

'Calm yourself Elsa, there has to be a good explanation for all of this."

I walked to my room and tried to fall asleep. 

"I have to stop thinking about this." I mumbled.

~time skip~

It's been two weeks since the incident but Frost seems to be back to his old self. He has been flirting with girls almost 24/7 and is always late to class. He has been getting into fights pretty often and I can't help but wonder why he was like this again.

'Maybe his tattoo changed to something normal.' I thought.

Astrid and I have been hanging out more but Punzie has been a little pre occupied.

"Jackie!" she ran to the boy.

"Heya Punzie." he said while smirking down at her.

The two were hugging in the middle of the hallway, and Astrid and I just walked right past them. 

Tomorrow was Punzie's 17 birthday and I can't help but wonder who she is meant to end up with. 

When Astrid and I saw Merida walking hand in hand with Hiccup. We froze.

"what is that bastard doing?" I mumbled under my breath.

Out of the corner of my eye, I could see Astrid walking in the opposite direction quite fast. 

I tried to catch up with her, but the bell rang signifying we had our last class of the day.

I walked to my last class,

Art.

And guess who also happens to be there?

Hiccup.

And what am I going to do?

I am going to give that boy a piece of my mind.
