Yeonjun had taken the bath and was now sitting by the pool, brooding. The reflection of water on the walls gave the atmosphere a pensive aura. Whenever Yeonjun felt bothered by something, he'd come here and clear his mind of his vexatious thoughts. The calm and serene motion of the water helped him clear his mind.
His father cautiously opened the door, making sure to not alert Yeonjun. He went down the small fleet of his stairs and sat down beside his son.
"You got transferred again, huh?" He said in an undertone.
"Don't act like you didn't know." He replied, his voice muffled.
"But look on the bright side, eh?" He nudged his son.
"It's a co-ed school."
Yeonjun scoffed.
"By the way, I talked with the principal," Mr. Choi leaned backwards and glanced at Yeonjun.
"They promised to make you feel at home. Just don't mess it up this time again."
Yeonjun turned towards his dad and stared him in the eye.
"Dad, I feel trapped, okay?" He said, exasperated.
"This is not what I'm born for."
"Yeonjun..." Mr. Choi held Yeonjun by his shoulder and brought him face to face.
"You're my heir & you have to continue my legacy. These achievements mean nothing to me if you decide to abandon them."
"I don't care about your business!" He abruptly stood up.
"Don't ever talk to me about that again!"
Mr. Choi sighed heavily and rubbed his temples.
"What am I going to do with this young man?" He looked up at the heavens, as if expecting some revelation to dawn upon him.

Yeonjun got up for school the next day and was now eating his breakfast. His father was trying to talk to him but he was ignoring him. Mr. Choi wasn't trying to talk to lighten the atmosphere actually, he was trying to talk because he wanted to know why Yeonjun wasn't wearing the school uniform.
How do you stand out in a school that has a uniform? You don't wear it. That's exactly what Yeonjun had in mind. He wore a black Alexander Wang mesh logo T-shirt and a white parachute jacket over it, finishing the look with white trousers.
(Here's the pic for reference)
Yeonjun wiped his hands and got up from the table. He picked his phone and his backpack and was about to take the car keys when his father got up and took his phone from his hands.
"Focus on what the teacher's saying for once." He put the phone back on the table.
Yeonjun scoffed as he turned around not even attempting to argue and sauntered away.
"Turn left." The GPS sounded through the car.
He turned the car left and was welcomed by a massive and prodigious building with an enormous clock tower and the words 'BlackWoods High' inscribed right underneath the clock of the tower. The school had six different departments. He parked his car outside alongside other cars and went inside. He stopped as soon as he entered and examined the school. BlackWoods was an internationally renowned school and had people of all ethnicities in it; White, Africans, Middle Easterns, you name it.
A beautiful and fancy fountain lay in the middle of the ground of the school. Water showcases calm and serenity and this is was probably gonna be Yeonjun's go-to spot for lunches. The ground had a great number and variety of aesthetic trees and the scene would have been really lovely if it would have been spring, so let's hope Yeonjun's still here when Spring comes.
A gust of wind swept by and shook Yeonjun out of his thoughts. He looked around and saw signs pointing to different locations, he followed the one that had 'Principal's Office' on it and knocked at the door. He entered as he heard 'Come in'. The principal was a woman in her late 40's, her grey hair put up in a bun and her round glasses rested just above the tip of her nose. She was wearing an off-white suit and her heels lay just beside the table. She looked at Yeonjun from above her glasses and gestured for him to sit in front of her and he sat down.
"Hmm?" She put her arms on the table and leaned forward.
"I'm Yeonjun, I was transferred here." He answered her.
"Oh, I talked with your father yesterday." She told her.
"Do you like the school?" She asked.
"Huh?" Yeonjun was taken aback because he expected the first thing to be about the uniform.
"I guess you haven't seen much. Don't worry, you'll get to see everything." She opened her drawer and gave Yeonjun his ID card, library card, and a diary.
"If you go inside and turn right, you'll see the staff room. Talk to Mr. Jo, he's the only bald man in the room." She added.
"Oh, thanks." He bowed her head and got out of the office.
"A normal first day of school, huh?" He thrust his head forward, bemused.
He went to the staff room and met Mr. Jo. He took him to his classroom '4-E' and was assigned a seat.
As the class ended, Mr. Jo told him to go to the student president's office, introduce himself to her and get a tour of the place.
He went to the office, following the signs and saw 'Student President' embedded on a golden plate on the door.
"Anorak President..." Yeonjun mumbled and barged in.
There was a boy inside, oblivious to everything around him as he seemed absorbed in some papers.
