The other side of the sun

He greatly illuminates heat
Others absorbing his radiation
You hear about him on the street
That he's just up for admiration

He's never been explored in the lows
His insides left untouched in doubt
They warn you not to get too close
"He'll eventually burn you out"

You can see through his window
He only sleeps on one side
Keeping the tears safe in his pillow
Not visible to our eyes

He didn't choose for one side to takeover
For it to be everyone's main meal
Cause once the shows over
The leftovers no longer appeal

So he shines in the darkness
And suffers in the light;
Or is it the other way around?

Could there be a future,
Where two halves become one?
