Outfit:
Today I'm wearing a white Nike shirt, black Nike shorts, and pink Nike sneakers.

School is officially over. On Friday, I turned in my English project. Then on Saturday, I had to take a picture of me holding a paper that said: "for" and one that said, "love the cheerleaders" for teacher appreciation week.

Today I went to my school to return my iPad, charger, choir dresses, and cheer uniforms. They had a drive up and drop off going on. They are having different grade levels go on different days. Today was Freshmen and Juniors, I think, then also 7th grade. So I drove up and returned my items, then my face to face teacher gave me the pencil holder that was in my locker and my apush homework. He didn't give me Honors English homework, so I don't think I'll have any English homework for the summer.

I feel like the year went by so fast, especially because we were still supposed to have three more weeks of school. It's kind of sad that it's over. I'm not really looking forward to next year because of the classes I signed up to take. I'll have to really make sure I get myself together. I also really hope I make the cheer team again. They said that tryouts would possibly be in July.

I don't feel like I really changed this year. Maybe I have, and I just don't know it. I'm not sure. Before I started school, I said that one of my goals was to gain some confidence; I don't really think I did that.

I did pretty well in school, so that's good. I'm ranked 8th in my grade, but that could change with the 4th nine weeks. I finished with all A's for my semester grades. I'm not sure what my GPA is, including my 4th nine weeks since report cards haven't been released yet.

In Spanish, I would say that I understand the basics but definitely don't know that much. The Spanish 2 teacher apparently always complains about how we aren't taught what we should be in Spanish 1. Overall, I did well in that class.

In Honors English, I definitely spent a lot of time studying between our weekly etymology and vocab tests, plus whatever other tests she gave us. The teacher was okay. Not that mean, not that nice. I honestly would say that this class wasn't that hard as long as you studied.

In World History, the teacher was pretty nice, except for that one time when the class average on an assignment was an F. Then I talked to her about it like literally graded it a month later (see 12-19 for the storytime.) But anyway, this class, for the most part, was pretty easy as long as you paid attention, did all of your homework, and studied basically everything from the chapters.

In Health, I loved that class, kinda sad it was only a semester class. The teacher was hilarious, my class was extremely small, and we watched cool videos. Our final in there was a 2-page paper over a topic, a poster board, and a speech. The second-semester kids didn't have to do it, lucky ducks.

Geometry, I definitely taught myself in that class. I had to study for every test. Proofs are awful. But I did like the people in my class, and the teacher was nice.

Biology, I liked the teacher. Grades were weird; we only got grades for our tests and got either an E, M, R, or I. My class was decent. We took a field trip, that was pretty fun. We did a fun final for our first semester.

Choir, my third year with the teacher. She's leaving this year, which really stinks. I'm still doing choir next year, so hopefully, the new teacher is nice. I was in two ensembles for district, and both got gold, one was a group 1, and the other was a group 3. The group 1 went to state, and we got a gold there.

I don't know if I really had like an exciting experience. I did do some fun stuff, but I just thought that I would've done more. I don't know.

I'm just really excited that it's summer. I really hope that the coronavirus calms down and that a vaccine can be found. I also really hope it starts getting warmer out. Where I live, the temperature goes all over the place.

I've already started planning on how I'm going to do my apush homework and study for it, along with for my Algebra 2 test. I'm planning to start my apush homework on Wednesday, and then at the beginning of every month, I'll reread the assigned chapters. But in August I'll reread it twice. I'm also going to make a Quizlet to study and take extra notes. I just really want to make sure I do well on the test and start the year off on a good note.

Thanks to everyone who read my diary and possibly be looking for a Sophomore edition. I think I'll continue with this next year because I think it might be cool to look back on later on in life.
