Movie Night I Analogical

I know I've been doing a lot of Logan recently but thanks to the person going as Remus for Halloween with my group sent me the art at the top of this chapter and it was too cute not to do a story with. She is also my supplier of Sanders Sides fan art lol.

"Hey Virgil"
"Logan! Hey"
"I was wondering if you would like to come to my house tonight for a movie date"
"Yeah! Sure!"

Logan and Virgil haven't been dating for a long time, they've been dating for two weeks. Virgil hasn't been the happiest person but in the past two weeks, he's been the happiest he's ever been. Seeing Virgil as happy as he makes Logan feel amazing.

"So what time will you be coming at?"
"I can be over in ten minutes"
"Alright. See you soon Virgil"
"See you soon Logan"

Logan hangs up and gets ready for his boyfriend. He cleans up his room and gets a bunch of movies ready.

Ten minutes later~
Logan hears a knock at his door. He stands up and goes downstairs. When the door opens Virgil sees his boyfriend who is in a Unicorn onesie.

"Come in."
"So why are you wearing your unicorn onesie?"
"Because it's warm and I like it"

Virgil stepped into his boyfriend's house and closes the door behind him. Virgil wraps his arms around Logan's neck and hugs him.

"I needed this hug"
"Aww, Virge. What's going on?"
"I've been stressed about life"
"It's fine. You can relax"
"Can I?"
"Yes, you can. You're with me now. Let's go watch The Nightmare Before Christmas"

Virgil smiles and Logan messes up his hair. Virgil releases Logan from his grip and picks his bag up.

"I'm going to get changed"
"Alright. I'll get the movie set up"

Virgil gives Logan one quick hug before he walks off to the bathroom.  Logan goes to his room and grabs a blanket. Virgil changes into his skeleton onesie and walks out and heads to Logan's room.

"Hey, Logan?"
"I'm grabbing another pillow! What can I help you with"
"Oh I just didn't know where you were"

Logan came out of his closet with a soft blanket. Virgil's face lit up and he smiled. Logan threw the blanket onto the bed and walked over to Virgil. He picked Virgil up bridal style and put him on his bed.

"I'm going to make popcorn. you get comfortable"
"Alright... Thank you"

Logan smiles and goes downstairs. Virgil cuddles into the blankets and takes in Logan's scent.

After the popcorn was done~
Logan walks back upstairs to his room. He opens the door and he sees Virgil cuddling into the blankets.

"And look who's adorable in the blankets"
"Shut up Logan"

Logan smirks and sits beside Virgil. Virgil puts his head on Logan's shoulder. Logan smiled and turned on the movie.

"Hey Virgil"
"Yeah Logan?"
"Would you like to talk about life?"
"Not really. I am happy right now because I'm with you"
"Virgil..."
"Fine. I'm just afraid that I will hurt you and because I lo- care for you so much I don't think I will be able to live without you"
"Virgil, there's no way you can hurt me. I am able to deal with your anxiety and self-harm tendencies. Sure they aren't healthy but that's just who you are and I'm fine with that"
"But-"
"If anything is going to ruin this relationship it's going to be me"
"This is why I'm dating you"

Logan smiles and Virgil looked away with his hood up. Virgil chuckles and Logan puts his arm around Virgil.

"Hey Virgil"
"Yeah?"

Logan leans over to Virgil.

"I love you," Logan whispers into Virgil's ear. Virgil could feel his face heat up very quickly.

"y-you do?"
"Of course Virgil. I love you a lot"
"I... I lo... I like you too"
"You don't have to say it."
"Iloveyoutoo!"
"Wait"
"I love you Logan"

Logan smiles and tightens his grip around his significant other. Virgil relaxed and turned on the movie. Logan didn't watch the movie though, he watched Virgil. He watched his expression change when something good happened or something bad happened. He didn't realize he was staring at Virgil until Virgil looked at him.

"Uh Logan"
"Oh I'm sorry"
"No, it's fine"
"You were looking at me?"
"Yes, I was... I was looking at you because you're adorable and you are incredibly beautiful"
"Thanks... I think you're pretty cute"

Logan smiled and looked at the movie.

When the movie ended~
Logan released Virgil from his arms. Virgil's head drooped onto his shoulder.

"He's asleep"

Logan grabbed his favourite book and started to read. Virgil wrapped his arms around Logan's torso. Logan looked at Virgil and smiled.

"He's too cute"

Logan took his phone and took a photo of him and Virgil. He smiled at the photo and put the phone back on his nightstand. Logan chuckles at the sight of a sleeping Virgil. He continues to read his book with Virgil's soft snores every once and a while. When Virgil is around Logan feels at ease. Something about his lover makes him feel better. Sure, he loves to read alone but when Virgil around it's ten thousand times better. Even though Virgil is asleep he enjoys Virgil's company.

Logan does love Virgil but his self-harm tendencies get a little tiring every once and a while. But that's who Virgil is and Logan still loves him. To Logan everyone has flaws and that's one of Virgil's. The thing is that Virgil doesn't like to talk about his mental health so Logan has to 'force' him to talk about it. It helps Virgil but he doesn't like to admit it.

"Good night Virgil"

Virgil mummers "good night Logan" and Logan smiles. He puts his book down and turns off the light. When Logan lies back down Virgil nuzzles into Logan's chest.

The Next Morning~
Logan wakes up to the smell of bacon. He stands up and walks downstairs. When he gets to the bottom of the stairs he sees Virgil still in his onesie making breakfast.

"Hey Logan"
"Hey, Virgil. What is this for?"
"For last night. You reassured me that life is okay"
"Well that's what I do"

Virgil puts the bacon on a plate and puts it on the table.

"Thanks for letting me stay last night"
"It was nothing"
"Really?"
"Yes. it was nice cuddling with you"
"It was?"
"Yes, it was. You nuzzled into my chest before I went to bed"
"Sorry for causing trouble"
"You didn't cause any trouble"

Virgil sighs and walks over to Logan.

"I love you alright? The last thing I want to do is cause trouble for you"
"You don't cause any trouble for me, Virgil. You actually ease my concerns"
"Really?"
"Yes. I love you"

Logan smiled and wraps his arms around Virgil's torso. Virgil wrapped his arms around Logan's neck and nuzzles into Logan's chest. Logan chuckles and rubs Virgil's back.

"You're the best boyfriend I could've asked for"
"I would have to agree with you, Virgil"
