Muichiro

Note: you two are friends in this story so don't expect all the cheesy stuff that makes us all cringe
"Mui!" you exclaimed as you skipped towards your best friend. The boy was sitting by the lake outside your house and staring up at the clouds as usual. Upon hearing your voice, which was one of the only things he could still somehow remember, Muichirō turned his head in your direction.
"I brought some rice balls!" you chirped.
"Ooh! You got my favourite flavour?" he asked, his expressionless face suddenly lighting up upon hearing the word "rice balls".
You smiled and nodded your head as Muichirō rushed towards you. He closed his eyes and enjoyed the taste of his favourite flavours lingering in his mouth. You couldn't help but laugh at his childish behaviour.
The two of you sat by the lake and gazed up at the stars for hours. The azure blue sky had turned to a starry night sky.
"You know what?" Muichirō abruptly said, breaking the silence. You nodded your head slightly, gesturing for him to continue. "I'm happy i remember you. You can make me laugh, and that's why i need you in my life. That's why your my best friend. And above all, it's because you make me these delicious rice balls. Like women how do you do it??"
"Muichirō-" you started as you cracked up. "The rice balls are why i'm your friend? BOI SERIOUSLY-" you yelled in a joking voice as you hit his arm. The both of you burst out into laughter as you sat under the twilight sky, silvery beams of moonlight hitting the bright skin of the two of you.
"Exactly! You get it! The rice balls are why you're my best friend", Muichirō said, a smile adorning his features.
