Two weeks have passed since that day. You've trained the three demon slayers, though they would pass out at the end of every session, they were improving at an extraordinarily high rate.
It was night, you were sitting on Tanjiro's bed just watching him sleep.
You saw him narrow his eyes for a second. You ran your hand though his soft hair, this brought back memories.
*flashback*
You were sleeping peacefully, until you were woken up by movement next to you and shaking.
You sat up to see what's wrong, you saw small Tanjiro with tears at the corners of his eyes.
"(Y/N)-nii... I had a n-nightmare." he said as he whimpered.
You couldn't stand watching him like this, you pulled him in a tight hug, calming him down with a soothing voice.
He soon fell asleep in your arms, you slowly put him next to you as you pulled the covers, you hugged him protectively.
"I won't let anything happen to you... Ever..."
*present time*
You were watching him sleeping soundly.
However...
Your eyes widened as you stood up, your hands shaking.
'What the hell... Is this...?'
You asked yourself as you felt a very ominous, powerful aura.
You couldn't waste time, it wasn't close, but from that distance to put this much pressure? You had to hurry.
You quickly grabbed your sword and went outside towards the aura.
You were jumping through the forest at high speeds, eventually ending in a big clearing.
You saw someone stand there, before you could grab your sword, the person was behind you.
"Hm... A demon slayer...?" the mysterious person asked as you went to turn around and pull out your sword.
Suddenly, you were covered in various slashes as your right arm which went for the sword fell off.
You spun around, sending a reverse roundhouse kick to the demon's head.
Your heel was inches away from hitting, when your leg was slashed apart.
You fell on your knee as the figure stood before you, you got a good look now.

"It appears that... You're that traitor's child..." he said as he pointed his sword at you.
"That man... Will kill that traitor... Tonight..." he said as he slashed at your head.
