Valerie's POV:

A low growl emitted from my chest and the sides of my mouth twitched before being pulled up into a sinister smirk.

'So the little bastard is finally awake.' Kendra purred in devious delight. 'Let's pay him a visit!' I felt her bounce around in anticipation.

'Take him to the dungeon and I want have him chained up in the next two minutes.... I'm on my way.' I responded.

I power walked out of the room with a confused Chris in tow, trying to keep up.

"Hey! What's going on? Why did you walk out just like that?" He asked.

"The rogue's awake." Was all I responded with, slowly feeling my face going to a familiar hardness.

I hurried down the stairs and out the front door walk before making a left towards the forest. After weaving though the terrain, I made it to a familiar stone walk way. I lifted my head higher as I approached a large, familiar building. It's steel gray walls rose ten stories high and stretched eight hundred meters wide, bulletproof glass windows with silver bars bordering them, a twenty foot high cast iron electric fence and gate guarded the perimeter surrounding the building a few meters away from the reenforced steel double doors that were currently being guarded by two of my men. I looked at the seal carved into the doors, the Scarlet Moon Prison.

I pushed the buttons on the dial pad on the gate. The gate opened with an electronic hum and a metallic clank. I walked in and heard a creek followed by a clank notifying me that the gate was shut. I walked up to my men.

"Alpha, Álfa." They greeted. I nodded at them in acknowledgment. Clark, the one on the right, stood aside as I walked towards the lock pad. I placed my palm on the scanner and typed in the pin  before the metallic doors opened. I strolled in and looked around the first room, the waiting room. The almost silent steps and low breathing behind me where the only assurance that my mate was still with me as I made a right turn and descended down the stairs. The prison was separate into three sections. From the second floor to the top is the actual prison sector where the convicted are placed based on crimes committed. The ground or mediate level were the waiting rooms and visitor's interaction center where the visitors get to see prisoners. Finally, the lower level was what I call the correctional sector, or dungeon if you will, where the multiple interrogation rooms and cells were no one should ever want to be in, especially the final cell at the end of the hall. Let's just say its my personal hell on earth, my torture chamber.

Upon reaching the bottom of the stairs, I was greeted with the metallic smell of blood and silver. Looking at the door at the far end of the hall where two more of my soldiers stood as I walked towards it, glancing at the three interrogation rooms and empty cells as I passed them. I stopped and looked behind me as I felt the distance of my mate from me increase.

Chris was staring at the third door on the right which caused him to stop moving like he recognized it, and he should....... It was the room  he was put in when he was brought here. He shook his head and continued walking as I continued my journey to the final door. As I came to a stop, they bowed their heads.

"Alpha, Álfa." They said. I nodded.

"Alrik, have you done what I have requested?" I asked the one on the left and he nodded.

"Yes Alpha, he has been restrained." He replied.

"Good."

He opened the door and entered, allowing me to the rogue's tossed black hair. Lawrence, the one on the right, entered after and I saw the rogue lift his head slightly before dropping it.
