The King of Perta

There in front of us stands King Louis of Perta  looking like any ordinary villager. Wearing  a simple blue shirt  with black pants that any common man would possess. He looks to be at least six feet three and very handsome smiling at the crowd. His long black hair  is tied in a loose ponytail and well-tanned face is at least neatly shaved.

"What is he doing here? "  Sarah whispers in awe.

"I don't know, but he's on our side so let's be thankful." I respond happy at how things are turning out. 

 Tim on the other hand lost all his previous bravado and seem petrified by the turn of events.. Dropping to his knees and placing his head on the ground. "I sincerely apologize for my outburst my King. " Tim proclaim quickly to the king before continuing. " It has been a stressful experience due to that girl's demon of a brother and the chaos he created." 

"My brother isn't a demon but an earth wizard" Rachel refutes before gazing at the king dropping on her knees also. "Jordan never hurt anyone with his power and the dust storm isn't the norm for him, your Majesty." She explains her voice taking a respectful tone when speaking to the king. "He's a good boy and only seven it takes time to learn magic especially for a young child."

"I can understand that"  King Louis comments giving Rachel a gentle smile.  " Luckily  your brother didn't cause that much damage. And that's why I recommend we call this matter all forgotten and enjoy the festival." Raising his voice he announce to all the crowd. "My people the boy is just a child and should be afforded leniency, do you not agree?"

Cheers joined the King's announcement, and I breathe a sigh of relief. 

"Your majesty I must strongly interject on this matter" Tim counters furiously.  "Just because the child hasn't caused anyone harm today. Doesn't mean he cannot in the future." Tim pointing his finger at the siblings glaring at them. "These siblings are a danger to us good citizens and should be killed on the spot."

Outrage is the immediate reaction in all of our faces as we all surround Rachel and Jordan in protection. Our group of friends made a shield blocking the now stun siblings from the raving Tim and his madness. Killing them wasn't even a possibility under the law and everyone knows it

"Arrest them King Louis, and cut off their heads!" Tim adds his eyes bulging and spitting out the words waiting  for the king to due his bidding. Instead King Louis only sneers in displeasure at Tim's action looking highly irate.

"Sir, what is your name." The King orders  stiffly glaring at Tim.

Missing the glare Tim smirks  at us like he won. "I am Tim Walker." And with a gesture he points to where Cody is unsuccessfully trying to unearth his brother." And these are my sons Matthew and Cody."

"Okay Tim, I recommend staying out of my affairs and never questioning my judgement again."  King Louis dictates astounding Tim and his sons finally realizing things aren't going their way. "And furthermore leave the girl and her brother alone before you are the ones arrested."  At that threat the king turns to leave but Tim seizes his arm stopping him.

" You cannot do this we are the victims" Tim yells almost shaking King Louis. I watched shock that Tim would be so bold to do such a thing. To grab a member of a noble family without permission is a grave error and Tim just committed it in front of hundreds of people.

"I think you should let go, before my men assist you." King Louis commands as two huge soldiers surrounds Tim in a matter of seconds.

Realizing his mistake Tim let go of the King's arm, but he still looks defiant. "Why your Highness, this boy is nothing but a freak."
