Staring at the Sun [COMPLETED]

Chapter 13

"So kayo na talaga?" hindi makapaniwala si Ira habang kinikwento kong official na kami ni Syverth.

We invited him for an early dinner at Barrio Bistro. Siya lang ang nakasama dahil busy pa ang tatlo kong kaibigan for their own research. Kami naman ni Ira ay magkagrupo kami. It's sembreak anyway and there's a lot of time ahead to do things.

"Yes! ginayuma ata ako ni Syverth eh Hahahahaha!" tinukso ko ngayon ang natatawa kong boyfriend.

Boyfriend... Hays ang sarap naman sa ears. Finally I good boyfriend to flex.

"Hindi ah, ikaw yata you were too smart to get me. Tsk." he teased me too.

Nanlaki naman ang mata ko dun at inirapan si Ira. Alam pa naman ng babaeng ito ang history ko with boys. Well past is past!

"I'm really smart! Bakit tatawagin mo ba akong bobo kung ikaw lang ang nasa isip ko?" tinaasan ko siya ng kilay.

"Of course not Loren." he's laughing now.

"Ang korni! Oo na kayo na may love life!" Ira rolled her eyes.

We ate when the food arrived and shared to Ira again how we started.
Nakikinig lang si Syverth sa amin at paminsan-minsang hinihiwa ang baby back ribs sa plato ko. How sweet!

"Syve diba plano mo mag Samal!" I asked him. Nakita ko naman kung paano nagsparkle ang mata ni Ira pagkarinig noon.

"Omg! Mag samal tayo? Ano? Syverth libre mo na! Hahahahaha!" walang hiya talaga ito. Gagamitin pa ang boyfriend ko.

"Sure, sembreak niyo naman diba." he casually said.

"Are you sure Syve?" hindi ko makapaniwalang tanong. Malapit lang naman iyong Samal. Mama won't worry. Papayagan ako nun.

"Yes, isama natin si Ira so your parents won't worry."

And right away after the semester excited na excited kami ni Ira for our island hopping. Walang naging problema for our parents. As for our other friends, hindi talaga sila makakapunta dahil busy rin sila sa ibang clubs nila. Buti nalang walang masyadong ganap sa dance club which is member kami ni Ira. That's why we're gonna enjoy this sembreak together!

"Samal here we come!"

The salty ocean breeze is harshly welcoming us as we board the rented banka from Sta. Ana wharf that would bring us to diffrent destinations in Samal Island.

Syverth wrapped he's arms around me to stop my sarong from flying around. I wore a cropped polo shirt and a dolphin shorts paired with  slippers. Syverth's on his Hawaiian shirt and jersey shorts. Halos pareho lang rin ang sout namin si Ira. Sa aming tatlo siya yata ang mas excited dahil sa dami ng dala niya.

"Omay! Masasanay ka rin Ira! Brace yourself for SPG moments ahead!" pagdadrama niya dahil sa pagpiPDA namin ni Syverth. I only stuck my tongue to her. Get yourself duh!

We had our first stop at

Me, Syverth and Ira will go island hopping today and will stay at Pearl Farm for one night. Mabilis lang kami since may work pa si Syverth but I don't mind. We'll seive our first outing together as a couple.

We have our first stop at Babu Santa. The fine white sand greeted us as well as the pristine blue waters of the beach. It's a small island located in Talikud. Maraming mga coconut trees kaya mala Hawaii talaga ang feeling dito.

We we're holding hands as we walk around the seashore. Ira's doing a lot of photos ahead of us. Kami naman ni Syverth parang walang plano magpicture. Ewan ko I just want to talk and walk with him.
