Addison's POV
Bryce and I started talking again right before quarantine started but then all this happened and I haven't seen him in person in months. Sure we facetime all the time but it's not the same. The social distancing law was lifted for california last night and I needed to see him. Right away. When I woke up I got ready for the day wearing my navy MADHAPPY sweatshirt and some jeans. When I went downstairs and tried to leave without anyone bothering me I was stopped by Enzo.
"And where are you going?" he asked. "Running away." I said sarcastically. "I feel like you'd dress more comfortable to run away. Like sweatpants maybe?" He said. "Okay fine. I'm going to see Bryce. Are you happy?" I said to him. "I WANNA COME!" Lucas yelled. "Maybe next time Luke. I feel like I need to go by myself today." He frowned. "Sorry Luke." I ruffled his hair and headed for the door only to be stopped again.
"Addison Rae Easterling where do you think you're going this early in the morning, without telling anyone?" My mom said coming out of her room. My head went back in annoyance. Why can't I just walk out? "Quarantine is over, Mom. I need social interaction." I said turning to look at her. "If you're going to the Hype House bring your brothers." My dad said. "I'm not going to the Hype House." I said. "Yeah she's going to kiss her boyfriend." Enzo said flopping down on the couch. "He's not my boyfriend and there will be no kissing!" I said to him. "Yeah right. Tell Bryce we said hi." My mom said. "Bye, I love you guys." I said walking out the door.
I drove 25 minutes until I got to the Sway House. It didn't occur to me that the boys might be sleeping because it's 7:45 in the morning. I knocked on the door and rang the doorbell. "Who the fuck is here this early!" I heard Jaden scream. He must've just gotten up. "Shut up and answer the door!" I heard Griffin yell back. The door opened for me to see Jaden. He hugged me. "We missed you so much." He said. "Bro who was at the door." I saw Bryce walk up the stairs shirtless wearing the red joggers from my merch. I didn't even give Jaden a chance to answer I just ran into his arms, wrapping my arms and legs around him.
"Oh my god, I missed you so much." He said squeezing me tight. Josh came upstairs with his camera. "Look who it is. I thought you guys broke up?" He said pointing the camera at us, but we didn't even care. He held me for a few minutes and then put me down. "Shut up, Josh. Let them have their moment." Jaden said pulling Josh out of the room.
"Hi." I said as we pulled away. "Hey." He replied. "Everyone told me to tell you hi." He just pulled me into another hug and ran his fingers through my long brown hair which was blonde the last time I saw him. "What do you wanna do?" He asked me. "I just want to be with you today. I don't care what we do." He smiled and pulled me downstairs to his bedroom. We laid down and watched movies for a few hours. Bryce fell asleep during one of the movies and the boys came in. His head was on my chest and his arm was stretched across my stomach.
"Hey Addison. Is he sleeping?" Josh said coming in with his camera. "Yeah, what's up?" I asked. "Nothing. We're going to pick up Nessa and Dixie. They're on the same flight." Griffin explained. "Tell them to come say hi when you guys get back." I said running my fingers through bryce's curly hair. "Okay see you soon." Griffin said.
"Bryce wake up." I said shaking him. "Why?" He said pulling me closer to him. "Because it's 1:30 and you're sleeping. If you keep sleeping you're not gonna sleep tonight." I explained to him. "Maybe you should just sleep with me. Maybe we'll have the same amazing dream." He said. "And whats that?" I asked. "Laying here with you all day." I smiled at what he said. "Do you wanna go swimming until the boys get back? I think my bathing suit is still here." I brought up. "Sure." He got up pulling me with him. He took my bathing suit out of his drawer and held it up in the air. "You can only have it if I get a kiss." He said to me. I stood up on the bed trying to reach it but he was standing away from the bed. I stood on the bed with my arms crossed. He put my bathing suit on the computer desk and came close to me.
He pulled my legs so I would fall back onto the bed and then climbed over me. I put my hands on either side of his face. He brushed my hair out of my face and kissed me. I nice soft gentle kiss resting his body on top of mine. Enzo wins there was kissing. "ADDISON! WE'RE HERE!" I heard the girls scream from the front door that just slammed. I ignored them. Bryce and I were making out with me straddled on his torso and then we heard the door burst open. I sat up still on him and we both looked up annoyed. I know I said to come say hi but I was having fun.
"Oh sorry." Dixie said. "I thought y'all broke up" Nessa said. "No, you're okay, although right about now I wish I didn't give those instructions. And we did break up" I said getting off Bryce and standing up to hug them. "Then what's this" Nessa asked in the hug. "I came this morning, we hugged, we cuddled, we watched movies, we kissed, things escalated. We'll figure it out soon." I said. "Well we'll just leave you guys." Dixie said being awkward. "Oh and Avani is on her way!" Dixie yelled from the hallway.
I closed the door and felt Bryce's arms snake around me. "It's up to you now, Beautiful. What do you want to do?" He said to me. I turned around in his embrace and wrapped my arms around his neck. "I think that as much as I would love to continue what we were doing. They kinda killed the mood." I said pouting at him. "Yeah, I guess you're right." He kissed me and was about to open the door. "Can we talk first. About us." I asked. He closed the door again and pulled me to sit next to him on the bed.
"I don't want to go through that hard break up again. I wasn't myself. For weeks, I was in my room crying because we didn't work out. I don't want to got through that again. I can't go through that again." I said to him with tear trying to escape my eyes. "Addison, you are the single most amazing thing that's ever happened in my life. You're funny, you're smart, you're beautiful, a guy couldn't do any better. It's hard to find girls like you and when you do it's hard to get a date with them. I'm lucky enough to have that opportunity twice. You brought out the good in me. When we're together, I don't drink, I don't party all I wanna do when I'm with you is hold and protect you. You are the one thing that makes me happy in life and I wouldn't give that up for the world." He explained. I started crying, and he pulled me into a hug. "Promise me." I started and looked up at him. "Promise me no matter how busy we get, or how mad we are at each other, whatever happens, we'll work through it." I whispered. "I promise, Babygirl. Always." She said and kissed my hair.
We got up from the bed and stepped out of the room to see all the boys, Nessa, Dixie, and now Avani, ease dropping on our conversation. "And y'all wonder why I don't trust you guys with secrets." He laughed. "Well Addi, were glad to have you back as one of the Sway Girls." Nessa said. "Thanks. Hey Vani." I said hugging her. "So are you guys officially back?" Josh asked. We looked at each other and them. "Yeah we are." He said squeezing my hand. "I bought stuff for the grill, pool night?" Jaden said. "I'm down" I heard from Griffin, and Josh. Bryce looked at me waiting for a response. "Yeah sure, a just let me text my mom. Tell her I'm not coming home." I said. They all cheered. "Cool we're gonna go get everything ready." Jaden said.
Bryce and I got back to his bedroom and I picked up my bathing suit from desk before he could put it out of my reach again. I went into the bathroom to put on my swimsuit. I needed someone to tie the back for me. Bryce came in and saw me struggle and tied the back for me. When he let his hands go down to my waist, pulling himself closer to me. He placed kisses on the exposed skin of my shoulder, going up my neck. I leaned my head the other way as he kissed. "Bryyyyccceee. Come on. They're waiting for us." I said. "I know. I just want you sooooo bad you know. It's been months Addison." He said burying his head in my neck. "Aren't you lucky I'm not waiting til marriage. You'd be dying." I said backing myself into him. "Yeah I would. If you were though. I wouldn't be pushing you to, but since we've already done it." He said. It made me smile. "Well, good it's a thing I told my mom I'm not coming tonight then isn't it." I told him coming out of his grasp leaving the bathroom. "Oh my god, I love you." he said following me out to the pool.
We swam for a good few hours before eventually calming down at around 10 I got in the shower while Bryce helped the boys clean up outside. Getting out of the shower I wrapped myself in a towel and walked into the bedroom to get dressed. I grabbed a pair of Bryce's sweats and a hoodie. I felt a big pair of arms hug me from behind.
"Hey there, Beautiful" He whispered into my ear. "Hi. I need to get dressed." I whispered back. "You don't have to but if you must I guess I'll just go take my shower." He said letting go of me. I held my towel with one hand and pulled him back to me with the other.
"Hi again." He said to me. I smiled and kissed him. "Go take your shower now." I laughed. He pulled me back for one last kiss and went to go take his shower.
