- Gia's P.O.V -

* The Next Morning at 10 am *

I woke up to the wonderful smell of eggs and bacon. August must've been cooking again. Ever since I got pregnant with our second baby girl, August has been cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner. He won't let me lift a finger. My husband was such a gentleman.
Anyway, I got out of bed and made my way to the bathroom. I refuse to eat anything before brushing my teeth first. That's just how I was. I ran some warm water on my face after brushing my teeth. Then, I went down to the kitchen. August was in only his underwear dancing around the kitchen while Sky was laughing at him. My silly babies.
"Good morning mommy!" Sky says, finally noticing me. I walk over to Sky and pick her up. "Good morning, baby!" I said, kissing her cheek. August made his way over to me and kissed me. "Good morning, my queen!" He says. I put our child back in her seat and sat down in the chair next to her. "You helping daddy cook?" I asked my child. She nodded while still paying attention to her iPad. "Yup!" She says. I laughed at her.
August pours me a glass of orange juice. "Thank you baby!" I said to him. "How'd you sleep?" My husband asked me. "I slept great! How about you, honey?" I say, returning the question. "That's good. I slept good. Even though you be damn near pushing me off the bed." August says. I giggled. "I'm sorry, baby!" I said. "It's okay. You lucky I love yo ass." He says to me. I smiled and wrapped my arms around Sky. "You always say that." I said to him. He shrugged and put a plate in front of Sky and then in front of me. "This looks yummy, right baby?" I said to Sky. She nodded. "Mhmm!" Sky says. Sky started eating her food. Our baby girl loves to eat just like mommy! My greedy girl.
"What do you have planned today?" I asked August. We finished eating and were now cleaning up the kitchen. August stopped doing the dishes to stretch. "Umm... well the album is officially done. So I don't have to go to the studio." He responded. "Ooh yay. I can't wait to hear it, babe!" I cheer. Sky was sitting in her high chair, still on her iPad. I'm so proud of my baby girl, she's growing up so fast. She no longer uses a binky. We got her off of it a few months ago and she's been fine ever since.
Anyway, I got out of my chair. "What about you, baby?" August questions. I took Sky out of her chair as well. "I'm actually gonna meet up with Ari later on." I tell my husband. He smiled at me. "That sounds fun. You gonna take Sky?" He said. I look at our child. "I don't know. You wanna go see Auntie Ari today?" I say. "Or you wanna hang out with daddy?" August butted in. "I wanna see auntie but I wanna hang out with daddy too!" She pouted. "Baby, you cant do both. You gotta choose." I said. "I hang out with daddy today." Sky says. I smiled. "Of course, you're such a daddy's girl." I said. "Don't hate!" Aug says. I playfully roll my eyes and put Sky down so she could walk. "I'm gonna go take a shower." I said, walking up the stairs.

- 30 Minutes Later -

As soon as I got out of the shower, I heard my phone ringing from the bedroom. I wrapped a towel around my body and a t-shirt around my wet hair. When I got to my bedroom, I picked up my phone. Ari wanted to FaceTime. I answered.
"Hey sunshine!" I said. "Hi, babes. You still wanna hang out today?" Ariel questioned. "Yes, ma'm! I just got out of the shower." I say. "Okay, great. I just got done getting dressed. You want me to come get you or are you okay driving?" My best friend asks. I usually don't feel comfortable driving when I'm this pregnant unless I have to. Ariel knows this. I haven't driven in like a couple months actually. August has been driving me around. I even downloaded the Lyft app.
"Would you mind coming to pick me up, please?" I said. "Girl, you know I have no problem coming to get you. I got you! I'll be there in like 15 minutes. Matter of fact, just text when when you're ready. Cause I know how you be." Ariel teased. I roll my eyes. "Girl, don't try to play me okay? I'll be ready in like 30 minutes." I said. "See? Here I was about to say 15. Shaking my head!" Ari said. I laughed. "Be quiet!" I said. "I'll see you in a half hour, girl." She said. "Okay, babe love you. See you in a little bit." "Love you, too!" Ari says. Then we hung up the phone. I put my phone down on the bed and put on some lotion. Then, I got dressed in a cute romper that was orange. I combed my hair and put it up in a high bun and threw on some brown sandals.
"Ari's outside so I'll see you later okay, I love you!" I said to August. We kissed. "I love you more, sexy mama!" He says to me. I gently grabbed Sky's chunky cheeks. "Mommy's loves you! Be good for daddy, okay?" I tell her. "I will mama! I love you!" She says. I kissed my baby girl on the cheek.
"You look adorable!"Ari greeted me as soon as I got in the car. I smiled. "Thank you, honey! So do you." I said to her. We hugged and I put my seatbelt on. "So, where we going?" I said. "Well I'm hungry first of all." Ari says. I laughed. "Ooh, girl me too." I said. "So maybe we can go get some lunch." Ariel suggests. "I'm always down for lunch." I say, rubbing my belly. I was so over being pregnant. August and I were just so ready to meet our little girl Nala. We were naming our second princess Nala Isabella Alsina. I really loved this name. I wanted to name Sky Nala at first, but August wanted to name her Sky so I let him have that one. I knew we were gonna have more kids so I saved Nala for later and here we are. Happier than ever!
We ended up eating at this cute little cafe. I ordered a chicken salad and lemon water, while Ari got 2 grilled cheese sandwiches with a cranberry juice. When I tell you this was the best fucking salad I've ever tasted, I'm not lying. And I don't don't even eat salad like that. I wanted to try something new though and it was bomb.
"This was the best salad I've ever had!" I said, almost done with my food. Ari laughed at me. "Honestly, same. This grilled cheese was bomb!" She says. Our waiter came up to the table. "Hi, ladies. How is everything, good?" He said. "Hi, everything was great! Can we have the check, please?" Ari said. "Of course! Anything else?" He says. "Nope, that'll be all. Thank you!" My best friend said. He nodded and walked away.

- August's P.O.V -

"You want this, baby?" I said to Sky. She nodded her head as I pushed the shopping cart. We were enjoying our daddy/daughter day in Target. I took Sky to the nail salon to get a manicure and a pedicure, then, I took her to Chuck E. Cheese, and now we were shopping at Target. We had originally came here because Mommy said Sky needed new ballet clothes. But, we ended up getting carried away. So here we are in the toy aisle.
Our shopping cart was filled with toys and ballet clothing for my baby girl Sky. I'm not ashamed to admit that Sky is spoiled and I'm to blame for that. She's a good child, and she deserves to be spoiled. I buy her literally anything she wants. I'm probably gonna regret it when she's like 16 or 17 begging me for a car but that's not anytime soon.
Anyway, we were in the toy aisle, looking at more toys. Everything was all good until I looked up and saw a very familiar face. "You have got to be kidding me!" I said, out loud. "What's wong, daddy?" Sky asked. "Nothing, baby. Let's just hurry and get home befor-" "August, is that you?" I stopped dead in my tracks. "Asia, hi." I said, aggravated at the fact that she saw me. I literally haven't seen her in about 5 years.
I would say she looked good but I'm not a liar and I'm also a happily married man. She got another BBL, I could tell. Asia was also pushing a cart with a little boy inside. If that was her child, then I felt bad for the little man. Poor thing.
"I haven't seen you in so long! You look good." She says, walking towards me. "Thanks. That's your son?" I asked. She nodded. "Yup! This is my baby boy, Amari. Isn't he cute?" She said. I nodded. "He's adorable!" I complimented. "I know right? Look at his eyes and his hair! My mixed child." She gushed. Is she seriously obsessing over her kid because he's mixed? I wanted to throw up. "Anyway, I gotta get going." I said, trying to escape. "Wait, who's this little cutie?" She asked. "Oh, this is my baby girl Sky." I announced proudly. "Aww, she's so precious!" Asia says, moving closer to my child. Sky backed away. "I want mommy!" Sky cried. "Who's her mommy?" Asia pressed. "Really Asia?" I said, annoyed. She laughed. "Oh, so you mean to tell me you still with that hoe, Gia?" She says. I made a face. "First of all, I married her. Second, don't ever talk about the mother of my kids like that! Especially in front of my daughter. How dare you?" I said. Asia was silent. I put that ass on mute and I could tell. It felt good. "Ohh kids? So you mean to tell me y'all had more than one child?" Asia says. "That ain't none of your business! Worry about your own." I said. She laughed yet again. This girl hasn't changed at all. You would think having a child would change you for the better but I guess not. "Whatever, man. I gotta get home to my man. NBA player Terrell Whyte. I'm sure you know him." She bragged. I laughed. Was I supposed to feel some type of way? This girl was so delusional it was SAD.
