"Okay, how do I look?" I asked, looking at myself in the mirror. "Delicious!" August says, licking his lips. I laughed while my husband kissed my neck. "Stop it, August!" I said. He was such a nutcase.
August and I were getting ready for Ana and Mario's wedding. We had to drop Sky and Nala off at my mothers house first. Ana said we could bring our kids but I thought it would be best that we just have my mom watch them instead. I loved my babies but sometimes mama needs a break, ya feel me?
The color scheme for the wedding was rose gold and burgundy. So, I wore a rose gold dress that hugged my mommy curved perfectly, and it stopped at my knees. The dress was strapless, and had my titties sitting nice and pretty. My hair was curly. August wore this burgundy suit that I loved so much.
"She looks so beautiful!" I whispered to August, as Ana walked down the isle. Ana really did look stunning. She wore this beautiful off white princess wedding gown. The dress had a long train. Her vail was long and gorgeous.
"I now pronounce you man and wife. You may now kiss the bride!" The minister said. The room filled with sounds of applause when Ana and Mario kissed. August and I clapped with the rest of the crowd. Ana and Mario joined hands and walked out. Now, it was time for the reception. I was excited.
"You look so beautiful!" I told Ana, giving her a huge hug. "Thank you so much, Gia!" She says to me. I haven't seen Ana this happy in so long. She had this kind of glow to her. It was beautiful seeing her like this. I hope it stays this way.
It was almost as if I had spoken too soon. "We have a problem." Mario says, walking up to Ana, Ariel, and I. "Why?" Ana said. "Your mother and father are here." Mario said. "Are you serious?!" Ana said. "How did security let them in?" Ariel asked.
We found Ariel and Ana's parents in the parking lot of the reception hall. So, I guess nobody would let them in. How they keep popping up is beyond me. "Do you want me to call the cops?" Mario questioned. Both Ana and Ariel filed restraining orders on their parents. Their father had just gotten out of jail and was acting a damn fool. He was a scary man. I'm glad I never really met him growing up. He just looked like a bad nigga.
August and I were leaving the reception and on our way to my mothers house. "I cannot believe all that shit just went down." August says. I rubbed my temples. "I know. At a wedding at that. Like why would you show up somewhere knowing you weren't invited? You just ruined that girls day." I said. I'm gonna call Ana later to see if she's okay.
Even though Ana was my best friend's little sister, I still called her a friend. I loved her like she was my sister, just like Ariel. It was fucked up that this shit happened on her wedding day. Basically, her mother and father had showed up at the reception uninvited. Both of them were drunk as hell and the cops were called. Who does that?
"All I know is, I might have to start smoking again cause that shit stressed me out." I said. August laughed. "You ain't smoke in how long?" He asked me. "I haven't smoked since before I got pregnant with Sky." I say. "Well, it's a good thing you ain't breast feeding anymore, huh?" My husband says. I laughed, lay my head back against the seat, and closed my eyes. "Yeah, I guess so." I said.
By the time we got home, it was way past midnight and both kids were asleep. August carried both of them to their room. My babies were getting so big. Sky was now 5, and Nala almost 2. I was so ready to have another baby.
"Babe, come in here for a second. Let's talk." I say, patting the empty spot next to me in bed. "Uh oh. What I do now?" August says, getting in bed. I laughed. "You're such an asshole. I just wanna talk to you about something." I said. "I'm playing. What did you wanna talk about?" My husband says to me.
I was gonna tell August that I was pregnant again. For some odd reason, I felt like he knew because when I told him I was pregnant with Nala he already knew. I don't know, he was just nosy like that. So, I just decided to play around with him for a little bit. It was fun to do that.
I sigh and take a deep breath. "So, you know I've been feeling sick. And my period is now almost 2 weeks late." I started. August looked at me. "You pregnant?" He asked. See? I smiled and nodded my head. At this point, I could tell I was pregnant before I even took a pregnancy test. I knew my body.
The next morning, the first thing I did when I woke up was call Ariel. "Good morning, sunshine!" She greeted me. I smiled. "Good morning, babe." I said, still a little tired. August and the kids were in the kitchen making breakfast.
"So, I have some good news." I said to my best friend. "Ooh, girl yes! Good news is definitely what I need in my life right now. Cause last night was a fucking mess!" Ari says. "Oh my God, how is Ana? I tried calling her when we got home but it was late so she must've been sleep." I said. "I mean, right now? She's upset, and she has every right to fell that way. It was her wedding day and it was ruined. I'd be hurt, too." Ari explains to me. "I don't blame her." I said. "But I know my sister and she's gonna be okay." Ari tells me. "Yes, she will be. How do you feel about the whole situation?" I say. "Honestly? If I didn't have any kids, I most likely would've got locked up last night. I'm angry for my sister, ya know?" Ariel says to me. I nodded my head. "As you should be." I said.
"I'm done talking about this. What's your good news?" Ari pressed. "Oh yeah, so I'm pregnant!" I said. "Really? Oh my God, congratulations mama!" My best friend says to me. I smiled. "Thank you, babe." I said. "I hope it's a boy this time." "Me too. I already have 2 girls. I mean I'd be more than happy if it was another girl. But really all I want is a happy, healthy baby." I said. "Of course." Ariel says to me.
