After Logan left the house
I sat in the passenger seat, looking out the window. Our house was rather far so it would take a while before we would arrive. While driving, my siblings would converse with each other about nonsense things. I chose to not participate and instead chose to reflect on yesterday.
I did not have time to do that during the sleepover so it was temporarily pushed aside. However, now that the sleepover has passed, the thought has been bothering me ever since we had bid farewell.
Why did he leave me? Why did Destin leave me for them? Did I go wrong?
I frown as I remember the memories I shared with him. It was painful to look back and remember.
"My name's Destin. What's yours?"
"I'm Logan."
