Seonghwa pushed his glasses up the bridge of his nose, scheming through the proposal made by his secretary and once in a while deleting and typing in words. The message he received from Jongho last night seemed to mend some of the scar that opened itself back up and he was able to focus on his work for the first time in one month. And as the next project bidding was going to take place soon, he was glad the younger decided to share that piece of information with him.

His attention was only torn off the screen when a knock came from outside. He shouted for the person to come in. "Mr. Park, here's the design report you asked for," Hwang Yunhee looked more than just rigid when she placed the document on his desk. He reached for it, pulling out the pieces of paper placed inside. His eyes went through the different advertising designs, reading each of the word carefully.

Yunhee stood infront of his desk, awaiting his approval but subconsciously she directed her sight towards his visage which was then painted with nothing but seriousness, so much to the point where he probably didn't even realize his brows had creased. Once in a while his head would bop to a small nod before going to the next page. It was then that she realized the Seonghwa that used to run around the field with his friends, the Seonghwa that although smart, could never focus in class, the Seonghwa that hated English and Korean language classes because he despised having to read long paragraphs and analyzing it after, is long gone and is now replaced with the Seonghwa that sits on a black-leathered chair, and stare at his computer screen for so long, he had started having to wear glasses at one point.

She was checking out his every movement without even realizing it herself. But he did. Only did he put up a false front of being oblivious to it. Once he was done, he cleared his throat to which she flinched to as a reaction, earling a small chuckle from him. "What were you looking at, Ms. Hwang?"

She was flustered, as she quickly answered him, "nothing, sir."

He tidied the paper before placing it back into its brown envelope. He handed it back to her to which she quickly accepted. "There's no problem with the design but for the color, maybe don't go too bright, especially for our label 'TREASURE.'"

"I'll bring the revised version to you as soon as possible," Yunhee bowed slightly, "if you may excuse me," she said before turning on her heels. But her action came into a halt when she heard him call out to her, not by the formal 'Ms. Hwang' but by her name. She turned around hesitantly to meet his gaze.

"I haven't said sorry about last night," he began, as he pulled his glasses off, placing it by the side. "I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable with being so vocal about my feelings for you."

"You.. you don't have to be," she stuttered, "I.. was not uncomfortable.. if anything I should be the one who is apologizing to you."

He smiled at her, "Yunhee, let's be friends again." She was slightly surprised by his words. Making him feel as if they weren't friends was never her intention but the cold shoulder, the awkwardness, however she treated him must have made him felt like so and guilt was slowly building up in her stomach. "Let's put the past behind us. You don't have to apologize for what you did, you can stop feeling guilty about everything and I'll stop bringing it up. Yeah?"

Yunhee was never going to understand how forgiving Seonghwa could be because she knew what he meant was "I know you want to apologize but feel like it isn't the right time yet. Just want you to know though, I forgive you."

It took her a few seconds to finally tug her lips into a smile, one as big as the one decorating his face. "Okay, let's be friends again," unbeknownst to her, he was internally cheering. He finally saw her smile again; genuinely. The smile that he fell for 7 years ago back in high school, the one that turned his life upside down to the better side.

"What's on your agenda for now?" he queried, his voice sounding a little friendlier than how it did days before.

"This," she pointed towards the brown envelope, "and also Yeonjun was going to teach me how to use some of the specialized software." She mentally cursed at herself for sounding a little awkward still but it was hard to break down the wall she'd built in between them.

Seonghwa glanced at the clock hanging on the wall before looking back towards her, "it's 1 PM, have you had your lunch yet?" the lass shook her head as a respond. "Have lunch with me." He didn't give her a chance to respond. He simply stood up and took his coat before walking out the door. "Go take your bag. I'll wait for you by the lift."

And so she bolted to where her desk was located, which was two flight of stairs above Seonghwa's office. She quickly put down the file and grab her purse. By the time she reached the lift which was only used by the CEO, she was panting to which had made him chuckle.

No one gave a questioning look to the two as they made their way out the lobby. Maybe it was because the brown-haired girl had made it a point to walk a little behind him to not make it conspicuous. But little do they know, Son Eunji was standing by the other side of the lobby, eyeing the two as they walk out and enter the vehicle prepared for Seonghwa.
