"Ahhh." I said flopping down on my bed. The Battle Of The Eagle And Lion went well with a victory of the Black Eagles! I smiled remembering Flayn and Caspar's happiness when we got back to the Monastery. I laid down and pulled the bed sheets over my body. "Alright so this ones sleeping. Ugh. Humans are so predictable." I shot out of bed seeing a floating green haired girl right above me. "Who are you!?" I said more loudly than I should of. "Oh my! Me!?" The girl asked. "Yes you! There's no one else in the room!" I said to her. "Y-you can actually see me!?" She asked. "Yes! WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN MY BEDROOM!" I scolded her without awareness of the others presence. "Dear me! How rude! I only came in to see you. I've been interested in you. You're always so calm. Sometimes you seem emotionless, other times the most lively person out there." "It's called human emotions." I said I heard banging at my door. "Y/n! Are you alright!? We heard yelling." Said what I believed to be Edelgard by her tone. I sighed at the girl and opened the door. "Oh nothing." I said "J-just a nightmare." I was never good at lying. Especially to Edelgard. She raised an eyebrow. "Are you sure?" She said more sternly. 'Shoot' I thought. She knew I was lying. "Y-yea I'm sure!" I stated. "C'mon our covers going to be blown." The girl said flying over my shoulder and past Edelgard and the others. "Mhm." Edelgard said crossing her arms. "Y/n, we're all friends. You can tell us anything." She said looking disappointed at me and herself. "Edie, I'm truly fine." I said rubbing the back of her hand. "S-still, are you hiding something from me." She said back to her serious tone. The others just stood and watched. "Edelgard if I may. I will sleep with Y/n until he falls asleep." Hubert hissed at Edelgard's name but didn't say anything. Edelgard nodded and then left with Hubert and the others. Ferdinand came in and started looking around. "Glad you got out of that Y/n." The girl said as she came back. I rolled my eyes and crawled into my bed. "So Ferdie, am I allowed to go to sleep yet?" I teased his noble ego as I laid down. "Well of course, the decision is yours." He said nobly as he laid down beside me. I turned away to see the girl laying beside me as well. "Well seems I caused a hassle." She chuckled. I fell asleep while she kept blabbering on.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I woke up to see Ferdinand gone and Edelgard standing above me. "C-can I help you..." I asked "Oh... my apologize. I- ummm..." I stood up and went to my clothes drawer. "Unless you want to see me naked I suggest you leave." I stated. "Oh... My apologies!" She said flustered and walk out the door. "My, what a troublesome girl." The girl said appearing out of thin air. "Who are you!?" I said turning just so she could see the side of my head. "Well what Byleth and I learned is that I am The Goddess Sothis." She said. "That's a pretty serious accusation! And the professor and you know each other!?" I said now officially turning around. "Yes! Must I say everything twice!!" Sothis said. Sothis left as I got dressed and then went to class. "Welcome Y/n~" I heard Dorothea coo as she hugged me. "It's great to see you Dorothea. Is Professor Byleth here now?" I asked "No, he came in panicking saying he lost someone. I don't know how you lose someone!" She chuckled at what she thought was Byleth misspeaking. I went out of the classroom and to Byleth. I knocked on the doors to his quarters and he answered. He immediately looked at Sothis and pulled me inside. "Why is Sothis following you!?" He asked pretty sternly. " I don't know she just appeared in my quarters last night." I said shocked at his swift movements. "I can speak for myself Byleth!" Sothis said "Y/n is an interesting creature. He's more different than any human I've met including yourself!" She said. I blushed at her comment. I felt butterflies in my stomach when she spoke next. "He's so cute, and strong, and funny, and stern, and practically everything I see in a person." She sighed. Byleth shrugged and left going to teach. "So... Sothis." I said shyly for once in my life. "Oh goodness!! I forgot you were right there! Forget I said anything." She turned and blushed. "Wait Sothis... can I say something I might regret?" "Ummm... of course?" "Hearing you say that it... really made my heart swell. I feel that I've grown feeling for you." She was shocked to say the least but then smiled. "Oh Y/n, I feel the same way." She kissed my cheek or tried to at least. "Ugh... this form." She said angrily after not being able to kiss you."
A Goddess' Love: After this Byleth lost the connection with Sothis as she kept moving with me. The heart within him disappeared and he was acting normally. As for Sothis and I. People thought we I was crazy. The only person to believe me was Bernadetta. I assumed she did it out of fear. Byleth was found mysteriously murdered one day and the Black Eagle House fell apart. Especially Edelgard. Seteth started teaching our class and no one suspected Sothis helping me. Sothis followed me everywhere and respected my friends. Sothis kept reminding me of how we found Byleth. Heart torn from body. We were all very skeptical about everyone but when Sothis and I found it in Rheas quarters everything changed. The next day Sothis kissed me. Rhea did something. Sothis was Human!!! But what did she have to go through to do it?
