Read Viola_halogen's take on this prompt and I'm just like 'What if it happened more naturally?'

No idea why that came into my mind but it did :D

Ren was bored out of his mind. Yeah, he may have blown up his base. . . And his cow. . . But that doesn't mean he'll have something to do every day. (actually probably does but jUST GO WITH IT-)

He laid on his bed, with his laptop on his pillow. He's played some games, but he wanted to do something different. Going into the app store, he scrolled through what was under 'suggested for you' to find something new.

Ren stopped scrolling when an orange icon caught his eyes. Reading the name of the app, he got interested. He heard there have been fans writing stories on it and wanted to see their skillset. You've probably guessed it, he's installing Wattpad. One of the scariest things a fan can imagine.

Must have an account to read? Fine. . . Of course, he didn't go with his literal youtube name. He didn't want to be found out then no one would be writing on there. So, he named himself something that still makes it obvious he was part of the Hermitcraft commune.

And off he went.

Noticing none of the books recommended looked like a fan's work, he went ahead to the search bar. Of course, Ren being Ren, he typed it in with two T's rather than one by accident. But something interesting popped up.

Recap?

What? Did Zloy and Pix make a recap of Hermitcraft here too? Curious, he searched it up and out came the books by the account. Hermittpad Recap, writers, roleplayers? Ren clicked on Community Recap, interested in what they were recapping if it wasn't them fooling around on Hermitcraft.

Yeah it wasn't Pix and Zloy, but fans of the community. And it was an actual recap on books written by the people from Hermittpad. Ren smiled. Looks like everyone in the commune connect well. Discovering the different authors of Hermittpad, he went to each account and found some books they had written about them. Oh yeah he also learnt that he could literally name himself The Rendiggitydog and no one would know it was actually him.

Ren got especially interested in the accounts that didn't exactly look like they were Minecraft players at all. For example one called 'I_love_Polar_Bears', another one known as 'BridgetTh3B1RD', and another called 'BTS-1MAG1NES'. (Yes I just called myself out) But they all still wrote amazing stories. (I'M NOT SAYING IM GOOD AT WRITING IT'S JUST OTHER PEOPLE SAY IT'S GOOD-)

He discovered a user called 'Poweraph' and was intrigued at the concept of an ask or dare, though doubted that any of it was accurate. (Sorry bro)

Anyway, enough with the lookie lookie, and on with the bookie. (Teehee) But of course, stream weekend interfered. Feeling a little mischievous, he thought that maybe he should make the fans panic a little. Time sure does fly when you're on Wattpad, could make you lose sleep. (I'm positive there will be people here reading this at their bedtimeㄱ  __ㄱ)

Starting up his stream, he joyfully answered questions from the fans who had joined in before Xisuma came over with the (I'VE FORGOTTEN WHAT IT'S CALLED HELP ME-). After receiving the raid, and also Xisuma's twirling before leaving Ren with his stream, he flew over to the poor Loser Island. Now it truly looked like an island fit for a loser.

After a few minutes of a regular stream, Ren suddenly remembered what he was gonna do before Xisuma came over. He took a deep breath, holding back a smile.

"Guys, I've got a confession to make. . ." He took a long, suspenseful pause, making the chat go wild. "I'm on Wattpad. And no, I'm not telling you who I am."

There were a lot more panicked fans in the stream than he had expected, some people just spamming their keys. He couldn't hold back his smile.

"You guys sure are scared for such talented writers." Saying that just made them panic even more. Laughing at some comments. Someone even donated some cheers and bits to show the panic and desperation to find out what his account was. "C'mon, small hint. It's a super new account, as in I joined just today."

He expected much chatter between the Hermittpadders, but what he didn't expect was for someone to put the pieces together so quickly. He heard a notification from his computer, apparently it was a private message.

'WAIT YOU'RE REN AREN'T YOU???'

That happened way too fast

Just don't say anything to the other fans

'Okay fine ._.'

"Some of you have my IQ times a hundred if you were able to find out so quickly." Ren complemented, going back to his plans for the stream. A beep came in from his communicator.

Grian: But 0 times 100 is still 0

Renthedog: Rude!

Grian: >:P
