SSS - nation level threat

+monsters at this level of threat have intelligence

SS - city level threat
+currently no humans have this level
+only recorded humans were summoned heroes
+monsters at this level of threat have intelligence
+monsters at this level are very rare

S - Arduous level threat
+currently no humans have reached this level
+only recorded humans to reach this level are summoned heroes
+monsters at this level of threat have intelligence
+monsters at this level of threat is rare

A - High level Threat
+extremely few people have reached this level
+these people include are the Kings/Queens, Emperor/ Empress
+monsters at this level have intelligence

B - Mid level threat
+few people have reached this level
+these people include the Generals, few adventures, Bandit leaders
+monsters at this level have average intelligence

C - Low level threat
+some people have reached this level
+these people include the knights, some adventures.....etc
+monsters at this level have little intelligence

D - Basic level threat
+most adventures and fighters are at this level of threat
+these people include soldiers, most adventures......etc
+monsters at this level have no intelligence, they rely on their animalistic instincts

E - common level threat
+the commoners of the world are at this level of threat

F - weak level threat
+children of majority of the races, animals and monsters used as resources fall in this level
+ monsters at this level have no intelligence, they rely on their animalistic instincts

Power according to rank

+Those of the same rank can be able to fight head to head with each other, unless levels differ to greatly. Eg: E Rank (common level) against brown wolf which are also E Rank.
+Those who are one rank below you can be handled with minor injuries, in proportion with levels. Eg: E Rank against F Rank
+The greater difference in rank the easier it will be to defeat your enemy. Eg: B Rank (Mid level threat) can only handle E Rank with mild ease. (General against common civilian)

+monsters at SS rank usually keep to themselves. What they do, how many there are and their whereabouts are unknown.
+Those of the same level will be able to fight head to head with each other, unless levels differ to greatly. Eg: level 150 against level 153 will fight head to head with each other but if a level 150 and a level 250 fight, the level 150 will loose despite both of them being in S Rank.
