Chapter 12 : Libra Academy

Eve's POV

I followed the road that is shown to me on the map to school, I took in the scenery of the city as I slowly jogged by. Many shops have already opened and the daily hustle of the people had already started. I could easily tell that the human population in the world of Reinfer was very little, despite the human population to be the largest population in the world of Reinfer and it being the morning rush hour in a capital city.

I arrived at the school building wich is amazing, the magestic fourteenth centuary style building stood in front of me, it was bigger than the Ralf's mansion. As I walked towards the gate a man approached me. He had long golden hair that was tied up in a long sleek ponytail with a light green ribbon, a pair of round golden glasses framed his eyes, the way he looked and stood made him seem very serious about his work.

"Are you the new student, Eve?" the man had asked with a confused look on his face. This man has light green eyes, sharpened ears and blond hair.

"Y-yes." I stuttered out a simple answer. 'Oh my goodness is he an elf!?I hope I didn't stare too long! This is the first elf I've seen since I lived in Reinfer! Wait!? Am I in trouble?! I haven't even set foot into school yet and I'm already in trouble. (T_T)  I thought  anxiously.'

"Welcome Eve. I am Marcel Tedrik, the headmaster's assistant. Please follow me." Mr Tedrik started walking away after he had introduced himself.

Marcel's POV

Today the academy is expecting a new student, 'the' demon, the demon that Head General Alexander had adopted. I stood at the entrance waiting and soon a small figure had appeared, looking at the building with bright sparkling eyes. I was about to chase them away before I realized the child wore the academy's uniform. Is it her? Him? I flipped the document in my hand to look at the Eve's application information. 

Eve is a boy who despite being lacking in subjects of geography, history, politics and life skills is actually a genius, his knowledge in mathematics, languages and magic foundation is incredible. His physical examiner had actually came back as pale as ghost and only reported with a short sentence, "Eve passed....." Then he left with a shiver while tumbling his way out the office. The the practical magic examiner came back with a depressed look and reported, "This child has failed his Dark Magic examination, however he can start with advanced practical magic and advanced magical theory as he is already able to control manipulate magic very well, prehaps even better then me." The head master himself has created a specific schedule for the child due to his drastic difference in knowledge to the usual students.

It was a little strange that Eve didn't arrive in a carriage and or with his siblings. Pushing the thought aside I introduced myself and lead Eve to the headmasters office. I couldn't believe that this child is the rumored demon child, with fluffy black hair and big deep dark green eyes he looked like a human, nothing like how the rumors say he'd look. The rumors say that this child looked feral, crimson eyes, wild filthy hair and a crazed sadistic smile graced his face. The rumor also portray this demon as arrogant, power hungry and vicious looking at the small nervous, fidgeting figure its quite difficult to picture this child as how rumors portray. I suppose rumors can only be rumors. Upon arriving at the headmaster's office I knocked the door a few times before the headmaster had called for  us to enter.

Eve's POV

*Knock Knock* Mr Tedrik knocked on the large elegant wooden doors.

"Come in." unknown voice.

We enter the headmaster's office. The office was quite messy stacks off books layed all over the floor in large piles, paper stacks covered large areas of the big wooden desk and the walls were covered in large book shelves where many magic items sat among the books.

"Good Morning, you must be Eve. I am Gerald Hamliton the head master of Libra Academy." Mr Hamliton introduced as he stepped around his desk. Mr Hamliton has Red brown hair and hazel eyes, and seemed around to be in his late thirties.

"y-yes...umm..Good morning headmaster." I greeted.

"Due to your vast difference in knowledge you will be attending different classes that will suit you. Ranging from senior classes to primary classes depending on wich lessons you will be heading to. I have set your timetable myself due to your complex situation so if you feel that classes need to be adjusted again please come here as soon as possible for us to readjust your classes." the headmaster explained as he handed me my timetable. 

"Here are your materials." Mr Tedrik came back through the door and handed me some things i would be needing for school.

"Thank you Marcel. Now that every thing has been settled Marcel will show you to all your classes and around the school for today. Have a good day at school." Headmaster Hamliton finished.

"Please follow me." Mr Tedrik said as he walked out the office. I followed to my first class,  wich is advanced magic theory. 

"Mrs Ryder will be taking you for this class. I will be leaving to finish my other tasks and will be back once class has ended to walk you to  your next class. Mrs Ryder is aware of you circumstances." Mr Tedrik said then took his leave in a hurry.

*Kock knock*

I took a deep breath knocked on the door then entered the class.

"Ah you must be Eve" Mrs Ryder had said as she saw me enter. Looking at the class I saw that every one in this class seemed to be in their teens at the very least, wich wouldn't of have been very strange if only I weren't a seven year old that is about to attend a class full of teenagers.
