"We can do something which can cause his mark to glow." Daniel revealed.

The eight official members of the Chosen stared at the Seer Successor as silence slowly fell upon them. They knew Daniel would not lie to them about something especially on an important situation such as this one.

"Are you serious, Daniel?" Jisung broke the silence.

"Well, yeah, of course. Why would I tell you something that is not true?" Daniel quickly answered.

"Okay. Okay. So what do you mean about we can make his mark glow or something?" Seongwu returned to the original topic.

"Well, according to what I have read in BoA's notebook, which she left with me, your marks symbolize your appointment as the Chosen. That is why your marks can glow, for authentication purposes." Daniel started explaining.

"Authentication purposes?" Daehwi repeated.

"Yeah. During IOI's time, many people actually got themselves tattooed and act as if they are the real ones. Jisung and I actually met one before. But one of the things that differentiates your mark from ordinary ones is the fact that it can glow." Daniel continued his explanation.

"Yes, but aren't we the only ones who can make our own marks glow? How can we make the other Chosen's mark glow without him personally triggering it?" Sungwoon mentioned.

"Wait. Hold up. We can make our marks glow at will?" Woojin interrupted.

"Oh, right. We haven't told you that. A Chosen can make his mark glow at will." Jisung responded by restating the matter in a declarative tone.

"Going to back to Sungwoon's question, according to BoA's book, all other marks, assuming that they already manifested, will glow automatically when at least three mark-bearers are nearby and are making their marks glow. Since, according to Yuto, your comrade has already manifested his mark, we can utilize this ability." Daniel revealed, "So, to test this theory, I'll have Woojin stand near Room 411 while rest of us stay here. Our goal is to make Woojin's mark glow."

"Why me?" Woojin asked.

"Because first of all, you have no experience of making your mark glow yet. This makes our experiment valid because there is no way you are the one who triggered your mark to glow." Daniel responded to Woojin's question.

Thus, the experiment commenced. Jisung, Sungwoon, Kuanlin and Daehwi simultaneously made their marks glow. When they did, the marks of Jinyoung, Minhyun and Seongwu glowed in response. When all of their marks were already glowing, Woojin discovered that his mark also glowed without him doing anything. He immediately reported the result to everyone.

"Uhm... Daniel-hyung??" Woojin called out while holding his left hand and his glowing mark high in the air.

"Then, the experiment is a success." Daniel declared, "Woojin, you may come back here now."

"Why didn't we use this method in the first place? Instead of rummaging every province we went." Jisung protested.

"Well, it only works when the mark has alrady manifested. And fun fact, we met everyone else, except Jinyoung and Woojin, during the time when their marks have not manifested yet." Daniel refuted Jisung's protest.

"Then, why didn't my mark glow when you arrived?" Woojin chimed in.

"Simple. Because not any of us were making our marks glow, therefore, your mark won't glow either. It also applies to Jinyoung's case." Sungwoon got the gist of the theory.

"So, that's why." Jinyoung remarked, "Your impressive, Daniel-hyung. It's a good thing you knew about that."

"Oh, well, it's the least I could do. After all, I am the Seer Successor, am I not? I should start reading stuff like this so that I can perform my duty well in the future." Daniel shrugged.

With the success of Daniel's theory, it became their main weapon in finding the Chosen. Sungwoon's telepathy became the back-up plan.

"We shouldn't really invade other peoples' minds if not necessary. They need privacy too, you know." Sungwoon found some relief.

"The moment we make our marks glow, should I freeze time so that we can thoroughly check if someone has the mark?" Seongwu raised another option.

"That is actually very helpful, hyung. That way, we can check the person's hand without scaring him out." Daehwi agreed with Seongwu's idea, which everyone agrees to shortly after.

"It's only an hour before Dr. Lee Seokhoon's clinic hours. Stay alert on anyone that may look like he is a Chosen." Minhyun rallied the troops.

Thus, their wait for the arrival of the Chosen had begun.
