A day bestowed upon you by your first child and is now a day that should make you smile.
You're a mother of the highest caliber doing what can be done, even when it's not going to be fun.
You're tired but persevere.
You need a break but won't dissapear
Threw all the hardships, trials and errors, you used them as building block to forge a new path for your kids, away from any life held terrors.
A path built with your blood sweat and tears, I understand why our obnoxiousness bloody your ears.
You're not just a mother but my mother. Not just my mother but our mother. Not just today but everyday.
Not just for this life, but for every life.
Know you're appreciated despite how we act, know that any rebellion is more of a farce or an act. Know that despite how we are we've always got your back.
Know that today isn't the only day you're celebrated for your accomplishments as our mom, know that I will always appreciate your maternal bond.
Love you to death, and even after that, for life doesn't stop a mothers love.
