I love the way you live. In this fractured broken place. You have always lived here, haven't you? In this kingdom split in two?
I live in this place. I sleep in its cracks, I walk along these ridges. Have you seen me here? It's such a cluttered space. It juts out in every way.
It's bent inside, do you feel that? Rusty pieces folded in, and all of those funny corners. But you and I, we fit.
I love the way you live. It's a bloody mess. I see how you move, between the broken glass. It's twisted inside-out, but it's shaped for you.
We make it that way, all of us here. In this fractured, broken place. So it fits our souls. Have you always lived like this? It's such a lovely thing.
I know no other place. I hear of kingdoms far away. But I have always lived here. Haven't you? In this fractured, broken place; this kingdom split in two?
