Chapter 63

Abram's P.O.V

The second the jet landed, I didn't waste a single second as I got up and head towards the parked SUV already waiting for us.

I could feel the adrenaline pumping hard against my veins, and all I could think of is how am I going to face Evangeline? What exactly will I tell her? How will I explain myself and will I be able to convince to come back home to her mother?

"Bro, chill. You look like you're about to throw up" Zack chuckled at the driving seat making Nicholas and Sebestian to join him.

"Not going to lie, I never thought I'll ever see Abram Valentino freak out like a kid just because he's about to meet his little girlfriend" Nicholas added, making the boys to laugh out loud once again while on the other hand was trying not to let my anger get the best out of me since he's right after all.

No girl had this much power and control over me before except for her and that is the thing that fears me the most. I fear that she might change me, that she might tame the beast inside me which I think already happened.

"Take us to the hotel first" Sebestian suddenly spoke out making me snap my head towards his direction.

What on earth is this guy exactly thinking? He knows too damn well that I can't wait to get this done but why is he intentionally delaying?

"I'm sorry?" I exclaimed just to make sure that I heard him right.

"We're going to the hotel first Abram" he repeated as he looked at me straight in the eyes, leaving me so confused and frustrated.

"What do you mean we're going to the hotel first? We're not going anywhere except for where Evangeline is" I exclaimed as I stare back at him while Nicholas and Zack are completely silent and all that can be heard is our strained breathing.

"No, Abram. We're going to the hotel first. Trust me, you would want to wait and think what to do first. Trust me" he replied making me frown.

" What do you mean?" I inquired once again, making him sighed as he looked down into his lap, not meeting my eyes.

"Let's just go to the hotel first and we'll tell you everything" he answered, making me let out a loud sigh.

" Fine" I mumbled, as I turned my head back in front of the road, telling to myself to get my shit together and not to lose my cool as I know all they want is the best for me.

The whole ride to the hotel was quiet except for Zack and Nicholas who threw pathetic jokes here and there in attempt to lift up the mood but all I feel is butterflies in my stomach and nerves starting to kick in the moment we reached the hotel and entered our suite.

Sebestian sat in front of me with his foot tapping the wooden floor anxiously while Zack paced up and down, while Nicholas made himself busy with the fridge.

I wonder what they have got to say. And why are they so nervous about? Is it that bad?

"Cut this bullshit and just tell me what it is before I lose my shit bro" I exclaimed as I leaned forward as I fiddle with my fingers as I can't wait any longer to hear what they have got to say. Whatever it is, I just hope that it's not that bad

You fool! You just broke Evangeline's trust.  She ran away because she thought you played with her feelings. So is there anything that can be worst than that?  The voice at the back of my head reminded, making the guilt to surface up back again.

"Just tell me what the f*ck it is" I exclaimed once again, as I got up from the chair but I was quickly pushed back down on the chair by Zack.

"Bro, sit your *ss down. You're really not helping here" He stated, making me sigh in defeat.

" Okay, listen Abram. About the guy who's with Evangeline..." Sebestian spoke with uncertainty in his voice, while my heart started to beat with excitement as well with fear.

Please tell me it's not that b*tvh Rico. Please, please. Just tell me it's not him. I mutter to myself like a broken record, repeating it again and again.

"It's Rico" he stated, making my heart drop down to the ground.

"I swear, I'll kill that guy and you idiots can't stop me this time" I growled as I stood up and started pacing up and down.

F*ck! This is my worst fear. What if that maggot already started making moves with Evangeline. What if she choose him over me? After all, she trusts him since she decided to ran away with him in a complete foreign country.

"Where the f*ck are they now?" I boomed, with my head almost spinning with the thoughts that I fear the most, making me want to explode.

" I know what's going inside of your head right now, Abram" Sebestian stated, making me snap my head towards him.

" Well,if you already know what's going inside my head then why can't you just tell me where the f*ck they are so that I can bring her home already, away from that maggot" I snapped, making Nicholas who's busy gobbling food to chuckle

" Chill bro. Nothing will happen. She's safe and she loves you or at least she used to love you but I don't think she's going to move on to another guy that quick. Plus, don't worry, Adrian is with her remember?" Zack added, making me sigh loudly.

" Thank you so much Zack for making me feel better" I replied sarcastically while I turned my back to them as I gripped my hair. These damn people really have to f*ck around.

Holy f*ck, how can I forget that Adrian's with her?

"How can I trust Adrian to keep her safe when he doesn't even think twice betraying his brothers?" I mumbled softly, making the boys to stop snickering and soon we were enveloped with deafening silence.

"Abram, she is his sister. He won't do anything that will hurt her. In fact, I think, he's protecting her from that maggot, right? We never know that's why we have to get to her" Nicholas tried to reason out, making me calm down a little bit.

Maybe he's right.

"Okay then, what are we waiting for? Let's go get her okay?" Zack stated, with an enormous smile on his face, making my heart leap with excitement.

"Say less" I replied as we all got out of the hotel room.

Finally, I get to see her and finally get to relieve the heavy burden inside me.

But little did I know, I would be soon wishing I haven't met her at all.
