3rd POV
As the chains fade, so does the illusion of (Y/n)'s grandmother. No one notices as they all rush forward, Shoto being the first to her body. The sword faded slowly from her body as he pulls her body into his arms.
He didn't know what to do or what to feel. Anger, sorrow, confusion. Everyone around stayed silent as he hugged her tighter to his chest not caring if blood got on him. And slowly he started to rock back and forth as the tears wouldn't stop coming down his face. This feeling was like how he lost Bakugo to the League after falling short, but the pain times ten because it had been someone he loved so dearly. The salty water landing in her (H/c) hair and one of his hand trying to wipe away the blood from her mouth. He saw her lifeless eyes, the beautiful (E/c) he would stare into longingly and get lost in whenever they were alone together. Tsuyu comes closer and closes them so that it looks as if she were only sleeping. He feels the two hands of his classmates on his shoulders as small gasps escape his lungs. His chest feels tight trying to not let them escape. Bakugo and Deku both with one hand on his shoulders as their faces are hidden and bodies tremble. Small glimpse of light hitting their cheeks. The horror before them was nothing like they experienced before.
Some of the girls hold each other and the boys all either drop to their knees and hide their face or look to the sky to do so as everyone sheds a tear for their fallen classmate as the feeling of not being able to do anything weighed heavy on their chests, some familiar to the feeling but now heavier as this time they powerless to change what fate had delivered. Aizawa comes through them and kneels beside Tsuyu and brushes some hair out of (Y/n)'s face. He takes one of her hands and just squeezes it tightly hoping to find warmth or some pulse to make him believe that it all had been some horrible nightmare, he couldn't lose her not like an old friend. Not like this. Her body only reminded him on how her mother's looked when he arrived on scene that fateful day many many years ago, less blood, but still scarring. His eyes never felt as wet as they felt that day or this day.
Shoto looks to his sensei slowly, his facial expression fallen and scared as Aizawa looks back to his student's bi-colored eyes. The two slowly comes together holding the lifeless body of the someone they once loved between them. At this consoling contact, slowly, Shoto could no longer hold his sorrows in as he began to shout in anger and pain at the loss, his arms only to hold tighter on the body as if his left side could warm her back to life as Aizawa held his student tight in his arms. Tsuyu joined in on the hug and so did Tokoyami followed as one by one so did all class 1-A.
Well this is heart-warming, but could you back up some? A voice alarmed the group as everyone back away except for Aizawa and Shoto who stay close to (Y/n)'s body.
She's not dead, just appears to be...
The voice spoke again but this time everyone looked at (Y/n)'s body. The fatal wound that once was there that cut through her pajama shirt now has sealed shut leaving a pinkish-red scar that is still fresh and only dried blood remained on her clothes and mouth and what Shoto had got on himself.
Her head lulled from his chest as she slowly opened her eyes, but they weren't her eyes...they were his....
"What did you do!" Shoto screamed in his/her face as his hands now gripped the shoulders tight.
All I did was test her....and she passed. Like I said before she isn't dead only weak for now.
"You nearly killed her...who are you? What are you?" Aizawa stated angrily as he pushed Shoto back and tightened his restraining bonds around what was now the possessed body of (Y/n).
There's no need for that.... Merlin explained as her body dissipated like light when darkness encompasses a room only to reappear behind all of them now standing tall like a light coming on in a room. Everyone gets into a fighting stance once again ready to restrain him without hurting (Y/n).
