Red Dragon | (Kakashi x Reader)

Zabuza Lives

-3rd Person POV-

During the journey to Tazuna's, (Y/n) grew increasingly tired as she carried Kakashi. Her head was pounding and her chakra was running a bit low. (Y/n) was slow and almost stumbled a few times, but she eventually made it to Tazuna's.

A  beautiful woman greeted the squad and looked at (Y/n) and then looked at the man resting in her arms. "Oh my- let me show you a room and then I'll treat your wounds." She said kindly to the woman in front of her because she looked like she needed some kindness, a bath and some rest. (Y/n) looked a mess. She was dirty, her head was bleeding and she had some bruises.

(Y/n) muttered out a dry 'thank you' and made her way up the stairs with Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke following behind her as she followed the kind woman.

Once they made it to designated room, (Y/n) gently placed Kakashi down on the makeshift futon and covered him with a blanket.

The three genin were worried about their Senseis. One was bedridden because he overused his sharingan and the other one has a head injury and used too much chakra. They knew they needed to pay extra close attention to their (Y/n)-Sensei.

(Y/n) began walking to the door and with each step she stumbled a little. Her body eventually gave out and before she hit the ground, Sasuke caught her and laid her next to Kakashi, covering her with some blankets.

~Time Skip~

After a couple of hours (Y/n) finally woke up. Her head was pounding and her body ached. She slowly lifted her hand to her head and sighed.

-Y/N's POV-

My head is seriously killing me, but I'm lucky it's not something completely damaging. I sat up slowly and looked around me. Kakashi was laying next me, still knocked out.

The previous events that had occurred came flooding back. After the fight, Zabuza was taken away by a tracker ninja, but it was all off.

'It doesn't feel right, I can still feel his presence. I have this feeling, but I need Kakashi to wake up first.'

My thoughts were soon cut off when I heard a groan coming from beside me. I turned my head and saw that Kakashi was finally awake and sitting up. "Kakashi-" before I could even get out another word, the sliding door slid open revealing their students, Tazuna and a beautiful woman.

"I see you two are finally woke up. Before either of even think about getting up, you need to rest." The woman scolded.

"Thank you so much for tending to us. It is deeply appreciated, but I assure you, I am fine." I said giving the woman one of my kind smiles.

"Kakashi-Sensei, your sharingan is cool and all, but if you're just gonna overuse it and strain yourself, maybe it's not worth it." Sakura said as she softly scolded the man.

Her big green eyes looked at me and I could see nothing but worry behind them. "(Y/n)-Sensei, you need to rest as well. I'm worried about your head. " the young pinkette said.

I let out a small chuckle and pat her head. "Thank you for worrying about me, it's really sweet of you, but I'll be fine. Trust me" I said, trying to give her a peace of mind and luckily it worked.

"Now that all of us are all in here, I have something important to tell you." I said getting all of their attention, "Zabuza is still alive." I said finally dropping the bomb.

"But (Y/n)-Sensei, Kakashi-Sensei, how could that even be possible?" Sakura asked. "Yeah, we saw him get killed like it was nothing, believe it!" Naruto exclaimed.
