Niall "Ni" Jade exclaims tapping at my shoulder as much as she can i just groan at her making her laugh "fine spend your 21st in bed" she says making me open my eyes only for her to burst into hysterics "happy birthday" she smiles kissing my lips quickly i just smile at her. "there's a few surprises in the living room when your ready" she giggles at me standing up and walking out of the bedroom i just smile at her looking down at Aria in my arms. never did i think at 21 i'd be here, doing my dream job with my dream girl and i definitely didn't think i'd be a dad but i'm forever going to be grateful for the life i've been given, Aria looks up at me her perfect blue eyes staring into mine she squeals a little making me laugh "shall we go see my surprises?" i ask her pushing her dummy into her mouth properly and fixing her little bits of hair, i stand up putting Aria on my hip i quickly go into the ensuite fixing my hair and quickly brushing my teeth "right let's go" i smile at Aria tickling her to make her laugh. i walk out of the bedroom everyone shouting 'happy birthday' at me "thanks guys" i laugh a little looking around at all the balloons and presents "come open your stuff" Jade squeals already sat on the floor waiting for me. i go and join her crossing my legs and sitting Aria on my knee as Jade starts to hand me things everyone gathering around me as i start to unwrap my first one Aria leans over and starts to crawl to Jade "oh my god" i exclaim Jade just as shocked as i am "clever girl" Jade exclaims as Aria gets to her everyone cheering "that's our girl" Louis shouts Aria squealing in excitement laughing her little head off. the front door then opening stopping us all "what's all the fuss?" my head dropping "mum" i slightly smile as she runs over to me, not that i don't love seeing my mum and stuff but with the way she's been especially towards Jade it's not great that she's here "happy birthday" she exclaims bending down to me and wrapping her arms around me i slightly hug her back Jade giving me a confused look while Aria just laughs at me, you can feel the tension in the room "aww and my little granddaughter" my mum exclaims taking her out of Jades arms my eyes widening, that was slightly rude everyone dropping to join us on the floor "did you know she was coming?" Jesy asks i shake my head watching her and Aria, Aria a little confused on who my mum actually is which is sad but "let's just say today ain't gonna be the greatest" i mutter ———————- "now i need all of you to sing along with me" Harry exclaims to the whole audience "one two three" he shouts as the whole arena starts to sing "happy birthday to you" Jade and the girls come on the stage with a cake in her hands, i can't help but feel slightly awkward i've never really got what your supposed to do when people sing happy birthday to you "happy birthday dear Niall" everyone shouts all my band mates gathered around me "happy birthday to you" Louis screaming down my ear making me laugh i blow out the candles on the cake everyone cheering and Jade quickly kissing me "thanks everyone" i say down the mic everyone laughing as people come and take the cake away, Jade wrapping her arms around my stomach i wrap one arm around her holding her tightly "last song?" i say everyone agreeing the crowd going crazy. we sing the last song and then quickly run off backstage "can we have cake now?" Perrie exclaims as we get into the dressing room everyone going straight to the cake, i grab Aria off Lou as Liam passes me a knife i cut the cake everyone taking a slice as quickly as they can, this has to be my favourite birthday of all time, apart from the rudeness towards Jade all day from my mum. louist91
