elena was in her clinic she was 8 and a half months pregnant she was finishing up a paitent it was her last one for the day the clinic had been doing great she got a lot of business rebekah jenna and isobel decided to work for the clinic

elena just gave someone there flu shot"does it hurt" abby nodded"ok i'm gonna rub it was a wipe and put on a bandaid"

"ok" abby said she was happy that elena was paitent with them when doing check ups

elena grabbed the alchol wipe and rubbed it then she put a bandaid on it"there we go here" elena handed her a goodie bag that they gave to all the paitents stickers a pencil and candy

"thanks elena" abby said she loved how elena was always a nice doctor

"your welc- ooww" elena said clutching her stomach water hit the floor

"are you ok" elena shook her head"i'm gonna go get your friend" the girl ran and out and came back in with rebekah

"whats wrong" rebekah asked she looked at the floor"oh shit"

"it hurts" elena teared

"abby its time to go were closing asap" rebekah said abby walked out after rebekah knew that they left she vamped elena to the hospital

"whats wrong"

"my sisters having her baby" rebekah said they got a stretcher and elena went to call her brother

"hello" kol said

"hospital now" rebekah said he hung up and walked in a minute later she texted everyone else

"what happened" kol asked

"your daughters coming her water broke when she was with a paitent they got her on a stretcher i'll wait for everyone else go find her" rebekah said she was happy that isabella was coming kol walked to the desk got elena's room number then went to go find her

bonnie and caroline walked in"whats going on"

"the baby's coming bella's coming" rebekah said

"yes" caroline shouted she was more excited then almost everyone except for elena and kol of course

kol went to find elena he went to her room

12 hours later everyone arrived except three originals disapeared elena had just woken back up

"your husband left and your daughter is fine your sister is holding her"

rebekah walked in with isabella"you were out are you ok"

"yeah i'm fine" elena said sitting up she was happy that her daughter was here but she was curious to where kol had gotten to"where's your brother" rebekah handed bella to elena

"him elijah and nik had to go do something he said he'd be back he didn't want to leave untill you woke up but nik said it was an emergency" rebekah siad she knew that kol would never had left if it wasn't important

"has everyone met her yet" elena asked

"no me you jeremy kol nik and elijah i made everyone else wait it wouldn't be fair if they got ot see her before even you did" rebekah said making elena smiled she was worried about her brothers but she didn't want elena to worry they had been gone 3 hours and hadn't even called

"can you send them in" elena said she looked down at her daughter and noticed how she already looked a ot like her father caroline and bonnie walked in first
