its been two weeks since kol died elena bonnie caroline haley and hope and bella were at the clinic the girls were in the nursrey sleeping while elena and bonnie were doing paitents caroline was working the front desk and haley was calling people back and giving them goodie bags hope was officially ten months today after they finished all the paitents bella started to cry elena went to go get her and hope ready to go home haley came in and smiled seeing the girls in there double stroller with there bags packed
"you ready to go" haley asked
"yes" elena said she was ready for there nightly routine haley bonnie and elena headed home with the two girls they set there play matt up and sat hope down and elena sat bella in her carseat next to her then caroline vamped in with pizza and ice cream
"pizza icecream and breadsticks sound good" caroline said sitting the boxes on the table they already had spoons playes and bowls out
"we did chinnese yesterday i say tomorrow we eat italian" haley said they had been eating food and ice cream everyday since kol died
"sounds good to me" elena said they had been helping her keep her cool it worked mostly she put on a cover each day and she would light sage every night and cry herself to sleep she had bella with her everynight she didn't want to have her in the nursery cause she wanted her with her "i got to get her a bottle can someone make plates" elena ran to the kitchen and got her diaper bad and made her a bottle she picked up bella and set on the couch and fed her the bottle
"she's so cute" caroline beamed
"she is" elena smiled she was happy that isabella looked more like kol then she looked like her

"we know elena we know that its hard for you and we get it we just want to be here for you to help you kol and you belonged together you helped each other be better there is no doubt about that" caroline said she had seen them together for a total of nine months and she could say that they were perfect together
"the last thing i told him was that i was still mad at him the last thing i told the love of my life was to shut up i was still mad at him i didn't get to say bye he seen her once" elena said a tear coming down her face"he changed when i come back i didn't ask he did it because he loved me he became a better person for me for bella and now he's gone"
"i think we should do ice cream first it sounds like we need it more than food" haley smiled she'd do anything to help elena"kol was a good person me and hope would be dead if it wasn't for him he didn't show it but you revealed what no one saw he talked klaus out of killing us cause trust me klaus didn't want to deal with a crazy baby mama or have a kid" elena put bella back in her carseat then they put the ice cream in the bowls and started to eat it and turned on a movie they decided to watch the notebook after eating the whole gallon tub of ice cream like they do every night and crying through another sad movie they got there plates of pizza as the movie started to get to the ending
they were watching the ending when the doorbell rang elena got up to see it and it was jenna and isobel"leave"
"elena we want to talk we know you don't want to see us but we just needed to see you" isobel said she loved her daughter and she wished there was somthing that they could do to help
"what point of i don't want to see anyone of you didn't you here stay away from me" elena said she was trying not to cry but her eyes were watering up
"elena" jenna said
"no"elena said she turned away from them"you know what i see when i look at you two i see kol bought you back and that you were bonding with him cause he was with me and i don't need to break down so leave"
