Jessica angrily walked into the kitchen where her mother was cooking. Mrs. Williams turned to look at her daughter with a questioning look.
“Jessi?”
“Mom, he has done it again” She said
“what did he do?”
“If he stayed back for two years in school just for me then he should support me".
“I don’t get you darling” Mrs. Williams took her seat across from Jessica.
“He does not want me to have friends of my own, 2, he drives every guy that approach me away, am tired sick of his attitude” Yelled Jessica
“Now, calm down”
“Calm down? Mommy, I fucking hate him", she yelled again.
“Enough” yelled Mrs. Williams back “You know he loves you”
“I don’t need him to watch my tail always, am not a baby anymore, am seventeen! “.
Jess appeared at the door watching them, Jessica hissed when she saw him, she picked her bag and walked past him upstairs to her room.
"Stressful day huh?" Mrs. Williams asked her son, who look just like her darling husband.
He shrugged walking in “am just protecting her"he said taking a bottle water from the fridge.
“Jess it’s a good thing, but at least let her make her choice” Mrs. Williams said.“Kay mom “ he said with a smile, Mrs. Williams smiled and gave him a pat on the shoulder before going back to her cooking.
Jessica was in her angel like room, browsing through the internet when Jess walked in. She hissed in annoyance.
“I always tell you to knock, its not your damn room” she snapped.“language” he scolded at her taking his seat on her bed
she scouted away from him “come on Jessi” he said with his smile.
“What?”
“Am sorry okay?”
“Sorry for what exactly Jess, abusing her, shouting at us and disgracing me? What are you sorry for?” she raised one perfect curved brow
“All of the above except for her” he said arrogantly.
“Why do you hate her so?”
“I don’t hate her”
“but you treat her like shit” she raised her voice a pitch
“easy now” he looked away “I just don’t know but I don’t like her, she's weak, so easy to break”
“and you find joy in breaking her huh? You don't even know her! ”
He smirk at her and she glared back, he stood up with his evil smirk, Jessica knew he was going to say something nasty. “ you know I find joy in doing just that” he said walking away from her room.
Jessica shouted out in frustration. And shouted more when she heard him laughing.
