I stood there, overlooking my creation. It was beautiful. If I ever went there to be and live like the beings I've created, they would never have believed me. Just thinking to myself, I have created so much. Not just one, but many realms of infinite possibility.

Then I saw Lucas by the door.

"Brother, I've finished recording all time," he said, "All possible outcomes of each life of each being in your creation has been decided. Also, you have no idea how long that took me. Not that it matters we hardly follow any time at all. Doesn't time just make everything so, what's the word, so... linear."

"I agree Lucas, time is a very odd thing, but it takes odd beings to create odd things and let's face it, we're weird. Every being in the whole creation will say that if we interact with them.

"That may be true, but we'll make them believe us one way or another. Come on the others are waiting, everyone has taken the vow, but you now."

"I'll take the vow in a moment," I say as I take one more, good look at my creation.

"I won't be seeing this for a while, all the stars, nebulae, planets and other things I will not see for a while. Goodbye, my creation."

I walk toward where my brethren are, take the vow and leave. I walk to the open portal, jump in and instantaneously forget everything.
