"Holy crap Cosmo, what are you doing," said Isaac in a panic.

"I have no clue," I screamed back swerving off the road. As the truck zoomed past while blaring its horn, our car went off the road and hit a tree. The tree we hit fell of the cliff right before it and our car rolled forward.

"Get out of the car," Isaac said quickly, "Get out!"

As we tried to scramble out of the car, it rolled forward and started teetering on the edge of the cliff.

"Don't move," I said cautiously. We stopped moving. The car teetered back and forth, slowly, still moving forward.

"Great not long ago I almost died and survived and now I'm actually going to. This, ... This is just great," said Isaac gravely. Isaac slowly looked to the back of the car. There was no getting out that way, because of the overpacking we did. I slowly looked off toward the edge of the cliff. The car teetered forward and I instantly moved back.

"Don't move. That's what you said. You should start listening to yourself," said Isaac furiously.

"Well I was just looking at our chances of surviving," I said, "and I do listen to myself, I just don't take action when I say so."

"Ok, fine. So what are the chances of us surviving?"

"Slim to none," I answered in a reassuring tone. The car started to move a bit quicker off the edge.

"Oh no," was the last thing I heard before the car slipped off the cliff into the valley below.

The black van pulled up beside the wrecked red semi truck. The sun. Shown through the canopy made by the green leaves of the great oak trees. Sunbeams glinted off the black van's shiny coat of paint, which seemed to never get dirty.

The driver of the semi truck was waiting nearby for the two officers. The driver was blond, tall, and lanky. He was biting his nails on his left hand worryingly, while holding his #1 dad hat with his right hand. He looked up to see the officers climb out of the black van.

"Oh dear," he mumbled under his breath.

"Good morning sir. I am officer Drake and this is officer Louie," said Drake pointing to Louie who tipped his IPSF cap. "What happened here."

"Well I was drivin' down this road an' then this small car appeared out of the turn an' zoomed straight at me. I swerved right an' I drove up the cliff wall a bit and tipped over. The small car probably veered off the cliff 'cuz when I came to, the car was nowhere to be seen, an' there was no way the person driving could've gotten back on the road," explained the semi truck driver in his worried tone, taking breaths between his sentences.

"Alright thank you," said Louie. He turned to Drake. "So the EXTs must've driven off the cliff. I don't think there is a way they survived."

"Louie you're forgetting, they're EXTs. They're unpredictable, anything could've happened," Drake retorted.

"I guess you're right. Well then I guess we head down the cliff now, it's going to take us until sundown to get there so we better get moving," said Louie.

"Alright let's go," said Drake as they climbed into the van and drove off. The semi truck driver just watched as they drove away. He didn't believe the officers just left him stranded, at least he knew that the tow truck was coming, he can still possibly make it home on time.
