There had been talk that the ocean was highlighted with a neon blue colour when the waves occurred. I kept begging Jeff to take me since I've been bored just sitting out, but then again I can't help it when there's a human growing inside of me. I'm currently 8 1/2 months pregnant and nothing fits me so I've been stuck where Jeff's shirts and some shorts I managed to find.

"Jeff, please can we go"

"If we go will you stop going on about it"

"Yes. I just want to move and do something and plus your Babygirl wants some excitement"

"Using our unborn child against me Huh?"

"Yep. Wait until she's born"

"Ok. Fine. Put your shoes on"

"Umm, slight problem"

"What?"

"My bump is too big so I can't reach my feet"

"What shoes do you want"

"I'll take my black trainers please"

"Ok"

He placed my trainers on my feet and tied the shoe laces up before grabbing my hand and pulling me up out of the seat.

"You're lucky I love both of you"

"I just wanted to get some last minute alone time before babygirl comes along"

"I understand baby"

He helped me into the car and shut the door before going to the drivers side. Since we were going in his truck I managed to lift my legs up onto the seat and stretch them out. We had my car which was suitable for the car seat.

We arrived at the beach at around 10:00pm just in time to see a wave form in the ocean. Neon blue filled the waves and it looked so magical. I hopped down from the truck and grabbed Jeff's hand as we walked to top of the hill just before the beach and stood there just listening to the waves crash against the shore.

"It's so peaceful"

"Thanks for bringing me out Jeff"

"Think of it as a last minute date for the both us before we become parents"

"I like the sound of that"

"You're so gorgeous and glowing"

"Really?"

"Yeah"

"I always thought I would look like a whale when pregnant"

"Never in a million years. You rock pregnancy and you make it look easy. I've never known someone so calm"

"Eh, my mom taught to remain calm and never stress out otherwise the stress will reflect onto the baby"

"You're doing great"

"Save that sentence for the delivery room"

"Noted"

We spent 30 minutes by the beach before we headed home and went to bed with Jeff saying sweet words to our girl.
