Seulgi woke up her room as usual, the second day at The Bae's household. She thought she wouldn't last long but she's here once again following the boring routine, one thing she missed was Irene sleeping by her side. She guessed it was because she had drunk so much she was having a hangover.

She stepped outside of her room and surprisingly no one was making noise, usually at this hour in the morning Wendy was scolding Joy and Yeri was laughing for some reason, Irene would be in her office so Seulgi began to walk there, it was the door next to her but she needed to be quiet, she knew Irene didn't like her to go to her office.

When she was near she heard some chatter inside, carefully she placed her ear near the door so she can listen.

"So to make the story short, Lee wanted me to go to his house but without so many people and that's why I need you to listen to this set up." Irene was sitting down at her comfortable desk chair.

"But you're planning on not bringing your bodyguards and you know none of us have the strength a guy has." Yeri said.

"And I can bet you're going to make me your bodyguard and I don't want it, let me dress up and be all elegant as if I was a princess!." Joy added.

"Mina sent me the location and pictures of the exterior and interior of his house." Wendy quickly handed her boss a folder.

"Don't tell me you're going to-" Yeri was interrupted by Irene herself.

"Yes, Yerim you're going to be the sniper this time, just for security reasons you need to keep an eye on every single corner of that house." Irene gave her the folder so Yeri can revise it and take it to her team.

"I don't need bodyguards anymore if Yeri is our eye." Irene smiled.
"Now Sooyoung, you need to be by my side at all times. If someone disturbs you have to keep them away." Joy jumped from happiness because she won't be using a plain bodyguard suit.

"Wendy, it's important for you to also listen to the conversation, I expect Lee to tell me this is only between him and me so tell Jihyo to prepare an in ear piece." Irene finished. "If something happens and everything goes wrong Joy you can come in and take it in your hands."

Irene kept talking with everyone as to inform them every single possible way the deal could go. Seulgi didn't understand anything they were talking about so it became boring, she was hungry so she decided to make herself breakfast since it looked like they were going to take time in that meeting.

One false movement from her hand made the door open and the four girls inside turned around, the culprit being Seulgi in her pijamas and messy hair.

All eyes were on her as if they could slice her with just a look, she felt so tiny and defenseless they truly were terrifying.

"I am sorry I wasn't listening I promise!" Seulgi didn't know where to look.

"Are you hungry? Wendy can go and prepare you breakfast." Irene had a blank expression in her face.

"Um no I was going to do that myself, don't worry." Seulgi smiled awkwardly and her legs led her to the kitchen leaving everyone in the office in silence.

Joy closed the door.

The whole day was kind of quiet nobody really had the energy to be talking. Wendy was busy making calls, Joy was in her own office preparing her equipment and Yeri was also in a meeting with her team.

Irene was locked inside her office so Seulgi had nothing to do, or someone to talk to. She didn't have her phone nor her books so she could entertain herself. She remained lifeless on the couch, the only time she stood up was for lunch and then no more.

As the night came Irene, Joy, Yeri and Wendy were all ready to go out. Everyone looked so expensive, especially Joy that was wearing a short red dress that complimented her skin tone so well.

But their beauty also came with another layer. Everyone was in the front door going through their plan one last time. Yeri has her ear communicator and mic, all dressed in black with her huge rifle.

Wendy didn't know how to use a gun but maybe in an emergency situation she carried one under her pants, the same goes for Joy, in her leg she carried something that looked like a heavy gun to even hold with two hands. Irene also carried a gun and a knife just in case.

Seulgi was curiously watching from the sofa, Yeri went out first, followed by Wendy and Joy. Irene stayed behind just so say goodbye to Seulgi.

"I'll be home soon, okay?" Irene kissed her forehead and the younger said goodbye too.

Outside Irene ordered the guards to keep an eye on Seulgi and lock all the doors and windows.

Seulgi saw through the window how they all left in huge black cars, talking about how to go unnoticed. She also saw how some guards were locking every single door and window in existence.

The younger seemed annoyed by this, but she saw it coming since Irene was the one that gave them the orders, it's not like she wanted to escape anyways, she had to go through every single room in the mansion.

Seulgi's first choice was Irene's office, since the older didn't want her to be inside it must be because she owns some fucked up shit right? And Seulgi couldn't wait to take a look.

Obviously the door was locked so she brought the hairpins irene put on her the other day. She was pretty skilled in this since she was locked out of her apartment a shit ton of times.

The lock made a click sound and Seulgi praised herself. She fully opened the white door going inside the forbidden place.

There was nothing strange, just a huge desk, various suitcases, and a bunch of portraits in the wall.

But her eyes landed on a specific picture that terrified her to death.

It was almost like a poster, a selfie she had taken a few days ago was in a portrait and hung in the wall, underneath the picture there were some handwritten words that read:

Sarai mia, Kang Seulgi.

It was one of the creepiest things she's ever seen, she couldn't stand up anymore, she fell on the floor observing the picture her hands were shaking... Why? How?!
