Haunting. That's a perfect word to describe Seulgi's situation.

At the moment she opened her eyes the next days after Irene's death she wasn't able to close them again. It was horrible when she fell asleep, gross imagery passed by her eyes, Irene too, she always appeared being tortured.

Seulgi tried sleeping pills and later on tons of caffeine so she can stay up for long periods of time.

She got a job as an accountant, and she was happy with this since the company was small and everyone knew everyone, no stress no pressure everything was going just fine.

She even got new friends, they hung out and the black haired girl had something going on with a male friend of hers but they weren't an official couple.

The nightmares came back when she entered her apartment. The usual routine was taking a shower and then preparing dinner which was only a cup of ramen, she was never in the mood to cook something. She knew it was very unhealthy but at this point who would even like her back? All she can think of was Irene.

Irene?

Why? When she was with this guy she suddenly remembers the older, her touch, breath and low calming voice. That's on the past she doesn't need her anymore.

At night she drank a cup of coffee and stayed watching tv. She didn't want to close her eyes, it was a torture, as if she was caught up in an illusion.

Not long after that she started hallucinating in the daytime she thinks it's because of too much caffeine or maybe her brain is wanting to scare her.

While she was sitting down in her desk many people come in and out of her little office, once she swore she saw Irene crossing that door.

The woman has long black hair and fair skin, delicate features and wore similar outfits Irene used to wear.

Seulgi was astonished. "Irene?" She asked the woman hanging out some papers.

"Umm... My name is Eunbi, mrs Kang." The woman said, just then the image of Irene disappeared from her mind and saw a different woman in front of her.

"My apologies." Seulgi felt embarrassed to the core, she didn't know why Irene suddenly came to her mind.

It was only 5pm when Seulgi felt like she just needed to rest, she was about to pass out in her desk.

As she was walking on the streets a sudden chill ran through her spine. She stopped her tracks in front of a cafeteria that had the closed sign. It's very weird for a cafeteria to be closed at that time.

It was so weird she felt like a force was pulling her there.

"Seulgi?" A very familiar voice called her name and she turned around, she wasn't ready for what she saw.

"W...Wen...dy?" The shock in her face could not compare to anything, the shorter smiled like usual but Seulgi ran away as fast as she could leaving her with so many words in her mouth.

It's been a month since they saw each other, Seulgi wanted to forget she really wanted to but Irene is haunting her, her memories her family her relatives were all over her.

But... Should she run away?

As she kept running all her strength left her body all in once and her legs gave in, she fell on the floor completely blacked out.
