A way out of the North... a shortcut to happiness - episode 12, season 2

The team is chosen and it's time to make the plan to get Se Ri and Jeong Hyeok together a reality, however a new pawn in the game threatens to put everytinh at risk. What now? What are the intentions of this man and why is he so interested in Jeong Hyeok and Se Ri's connection?

Se Ri was gently caressing her belly, that seemed incredibly bigger, resting on the bed, when Jeong Hyeok's mother entered the room, quietly and discrete, as always:

- Do you mind if I come in?

- Yes, yes! Please do! – Se Ri immediately found some space for the lady to sit next to her.

The lady's eyes were sparkling, thrilled with that beautiful sight. Se Ri knew she wanted to feel her belly too, so she simply said:

- Want to feel them? They're still tiny but... perhaps they'll be happy to feel their granny for a while!

They both smiled and their four hands met as close as possible to the twins. They both stood there, for a while, until Kim Yoon-hee whispered:

- It's been so long since we had a baby around the house... and now, two! I'm so happy with that! So happy that my son got to marry the perfect woman and now... the babies he longed for so long... If only you two...

- Let's not think about that right now, ok? Let's just enjoy this moment... so good to be here, so good to be next to you and my husband... let's not think about tomorrow, for the moment...

- But you are leaving in two days, right? We received the message from the south Korean secret services... You can't stay here more than you should... I aware of the risks and I know my husband has a plan, he mentioned it at the table... You and my son have to reunite, no matter where, no matter how. I've told my husband we have given this country so much, it's time for you to think of yourselves too. And now is the time.

- You are right but, right now I just want my babies and my husband to be Ok. That's all I want... just the thought that something might happen to them...

- Nothing will happen! My husband is an influent man...

If you knew how many times I had asked God for him to find a woman who'd complete him and take him out of the shadows he lived, since his brother had been killed?

Both woman smiled to each other and hugged, truly happy to be there, together...

Jeong Hyeok, had just arrived at the door when he saw the two women he loved the most sharing a beautiful moment, like a daughter and a mother. And, in that moment, he was thankful again for having Se Ri in his life, the blessing he needed to fix his family, so torn over his brother's death, and his own heart, so frozen, so cold, so used to the idea of marrying a woman he didn't love, just because she was suitable, according to the system's family patterns...

Se Ri saw him and sighed, for him to approach. He smiled, shyly and sat next to them. Kim Yoon-hee decided to give them some space and left.

- You were sneaking, hum? – Se Ri teased, so amused at his shy way.
