(A short one, since I seem to make all of the others unnecessarily long.)
ELLA.
"I don't like yelling, you're just annoying." Asch huffed, arguing with Ava again.
"Yeah well you're more annoying," Ava shot back,
"I'm not going to argue with you, Ava," He glared, his hand reaches up to rub his temples as he walked away.
"Did he just use my name..?" Ava asked herself, looking at Asch as he retreated back into the wall.
"Is he okay..? In fact, where are the rest of the boys?" I asked, it's pretty late into the afternoon.
"Let's go check on them?" Ava suggested, I nodded, getting up from my chair.
I walked through the wall, and into the added magic apartment extension.
"I think their rooms are this way." I said, pointing to the left side of the room.
We walked to one of the doors, I lifted one of my hands and knocked on the hard wood.
"Hello? Are one of you guys in there?" I called, I pointed to the other doors, telling Ava to go knock on them.
I heard a grunt from inside, I furrowed my eyebrows, "I'm coming in!" I raised my voice slightly, so the person inside could hear.
I opened the door, and walked inside, the walls were a darkish green, there was decoration of blades and shields, including armor stands.
My eyes landed on the bed that was in the center of the room, the covers were all ruffled and thrown around.
On the bed was Leif, his face was red, there was sweat dripping down his face, and his hair was clinging onto his face.
I gasped, "L-Leif, are you okay?" I ran over, moving his hair from his eyes, his eyes were clamped shut, a look of discomfort was written on his face.
I pressed my hand onto his forehead, even though I could tell he was burning, I want to know how bad it is.
"E-Ella..?" His voice was hoarse, my eyes widened,
"You're b-burning hot!" I whispered, a weak smirk formed on his face,
"I already know that Princes-" He cut himself off with a sudden fit of coughs.
I cringed, "Wait here, I'll be back I promise," I had to get rags, medicine and soup- would human medicine work on him?
It doesn't matter, he needs help!
I ran out of the room, only to bump into a distressed Ava, "Ella! I-it's Pierce! He's running a really bad fever!" Her voice was panicked, I nodded.
"Leif too, we need to get supplies." I said, rushing back to the normal part of the apartment.
-
"Leif, the rag is supposed to be cold." I laughed silently, I heard him growl.
"Well I don't like it." He puffed out his cheeks,
I shook my head, "Yeah, but it's helping you, you were really sick you know..." The key word? Were, he's recovering oddly quickly.
I think I remember something about this.
"Why didn't you recover after one day?" Asch furrowed his eyebrows, questioning me.
I let out a weak laugh, "It takes longer for humans to recover from sickness, doesn't it take you guys this long?" I asked, laying back down,
"No, Daemos recover quickly," Rhys answered, pushing up his glasses.
"Oh... as long as you guys keep taking care of me, I'll be better soon." I said, getting drowsy, "I just need rest..." I blacked out.
Oh, that's right! I smiled at Leif.
"I'll be back, keep the rag on!" I pointed at him, while walking out of the room.
"Yeah yeah, hurry back." He mumbled, I giggled, closing the door.
I walked two doors down, Rhys's room.
I opened the door and walked to the bed, seeing him lying in bed with the rage still on his head.
I let out a sigh of relief, "Back so soon, Princess Ella?" I heard his voice, I smiled.
"Yeah, how are you feeling?" I walked over to him and removed the rag, dipping it in the water bucket and then twisting it to get the extra water out, before placing it back onto his forehead.
"Better... thanks to you," He smiled, I blushed,
"I-uh-" "Really, thank you." He cut me off, I blushed harder,
"N-no problem, it's really nothing-" I looked away for a second, tearing my eyes away from his.
"Do you need anything? You already ate the soup, so would you want ice cre-" "yes-! I mean, yes please," I looked back to him, seeing his pink tinted cheeks, I smiled.
"Okay, I'll be right back!" I got up and walked out of the room, closing the door behind me.
"W-What was that?" I mumbled, gripping over where my heart is.
I've noticed it more and more, what's this feeling?
