[AN: Previous chapter: Gulf has adapted to being confined inside Mew's room at Clove. He wanted to have freedom, and Mew insisted he should be... an escort?]
5: Penfolds Ampoule
Gulf had never been more nervous in his life. Even when he was taking their final exams at the university, he was relaxed knowing he would still get through if he fails. Now, one wrong move and his head will be on the line.
"Relax. If in doubt, don't talk at all." Mew stood in front of him, wearing a suit like his. He arranged Gulf's collar and tie and held his shoulders. "I'll be the one in the meeting not you. Don't be nervous."
"How can I not be? Up to now I still don't know what's going on?"
Mew told him that he will be brought to a secret stockholder's meeting. It's not necessary to bring hosts, but them as VVIP clients always low-key brag about their wealth. For the past two days, he had been training Gulf on proper etiquette, posture and everything 'VVIP host-like'.
"Whatever happens inside, you are not allowed to speak of it, promise me."
Gulf nodded.
"I need to hear it."
"I promise."
"Good." Mew patted Gulf's styled hair and stared at his eyes. "Don't talk to the hosts. Just tell them an excuse that I am easily jealous. They'll believe it."
Gulf nodded again.
From his pocket, Mew pulled out a rectangular velvet box and opened it. Gulf's eyes widened as he saw a shining silver bracelet inside adorned with two lion heads as the clasp.
